MCC Notifies On Resignation Process for Round 1 NEET PG 2024 allotted Candidates
New Delhi- The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has informed all the candidates through a notice that those who want to resign from their National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Postgraduate (NEET PG) Round-1 Counselling 2024 seats due to various reasons can do so.
As per the notice, MCC has informed that the authority received requests from the PG candidates who want to resign their Round-1 seats. In this regard, the competent authority has decided to allow Resignation for such candidates.
The candidates who desire to leave their Round-1 seat can do so from today i.e 28.11.2024 upto 06:00 P.M of 03.12.2024.
"MCC is in receipt of requests from PG candidates for resignation of Round-1 seats allotted to them through MCC since they have been allotted seats from Round-1 of state counselling also. Hence, the competent authority has allowed Resignation from Round-1 PG seats allotted through MCC so that such candidates can join their state counselling seats. The Resignation facility will be available from today i.e 28.11.2024 (Thursday) from 01:00 P.M upto 06:00 P.M of 03.12.2024 i.e Thursday in an online mode. Candidates will have to visit the allotted college to vacate their allotted seats and Institutes should ensure that all resignations are entered in intra mcc portal of MCC failing which the resignation will be treated as ‘Null & Void’.", the MCC said.
