As per the eligibility conditions of the refund, the security deposit was refunded to 60874 candidates. The remaining refund to candidates (29 + 7) is in progress due to a chargeback claim, and the refund failed due to a technical error. It will be published on MCC PG counselling website whenever it's complete.
The candidates note that refunds have been sent to the same Bank/Card Account from where the security deposit was remitted. Depending on the automation level, banks will take 1 to 10 days to credit the refunds. Candidate should check their bank account/card stat. as the case may be. If the refund is not credited in 10 days, the candidate should take up with the "Customer Grievance Cell" of the candidate's banker since the refund may lie with them in the "Suspense Account". If you have any queries, please get in touch with financemcc@lifecarehll.com only after 28-02-23.
Candidates who have raised Charge Back Claim should approach their card issuer for a refund.
The Medical Counselling Committee is an organization under the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) affiliated with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, and responsible for allotting seats for undergraduate, postgraduate, and super-speciality medical and dental courses in government-run/aided colleges and deemed-to-be-university colleges. It allows seats online based on the candidate's score in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). Factors considered during allotment are merit, reservation eligibility, and the preference list submitted by the candidate.
