MD, MS, MDS, DM, MCh Admissions: AIIMS Raipur issues notice on spot counselling, check out available seats

Raipur: Through a recent notice, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, (AIIMS Raipur) has informed about the process and unfilled seats available for Institute Level Spot Counseling for MD/MS/MDS and DM/MCh Courses January 2022 Session at AIIMS Raipur.

Institute Level Spot Counseling will be held on Monday, 28.02.2022 at 11.00 AM at AIIMS Raipur for filling up MD/MS and DM/MCh seats of AIIMS Raipur for January 2022 session, which remained unfilled after completion of On-the-Spot counseling that was held at AIIMS New Delhi on 18.02.2022 and 20.02.2022.

Following shall be the terms and conditions for the proposed Institute Level spot counseling:

1. All those candidates who have qualified in the entrance examination of MD/MS/MDS and DM/MCh (January-2022 Session) conducted by AIIMS New Delhi on 14.11.2021 and 07.12.2021, respectively will be eligible to participate in this Counselling.

2. The terms and conditions, as mentioned in the MD/MS/MDS and DM/MCh prospectus of AIIMS New Delhi for January 2022 session, will be applicable for Institute Level Spot counselling at AIIMS Raipur.

3. Link for registration: The candidates who are interested in attending Institute Level Spot counselling on the scheduled date at AIIMS Raipur are required to register themselves by clicking the respective link latest till 09 AM on 28.02.2022:

a. For MD/MS/MDS: https://forms.gle/s7yNGKhJccUzjkVUA

b. For DM/MCh: https://forms.gle/sBgYpBvA8L8o6yD48

4. Such candidates who have registered for Institute Level Spot counselling are required to remain physically present at AIIMS Raipur along with all original certificates of qualification on the scheduled date. Candidates without original certificates will not be allowed to attend the Institute Level Spot Counselling.

5. No authorized representative will be allowed to attend the Institute Level Spot Counselling.

6. The allocation of seats will be made strictly as per rank/merit of candidates in the entrance examination and on the terms and conditions as mentioned in the prospectus.

7. The candidates who have joined MD/MS/MDS/DM/MCh course or have opted seat elsewhere are required to bring proof of acceptance of their resignation/seat surrender in original in the Institute Level Spot Counselling otherwise they will not be allowed to attend the Spot Counselling.

8. For MD/MS/MDS - In case during the Institute Level Spot Counselling if any ST seats remain vacant (after calling all eligible candidates of ST category) then seat will be transferred to SC category and vice-versa. However, even after interchanging the SC/ST seats, the seats reserved for SC/ST candidates remain vacant; then these seats shall be made available to the candidates of General (Unreserved) Category. Similarly, in case the OBC and EWS seats remain vacant after calling all eligible OBC and EWS candidates then these seats shall be made available to the candidates who belong to General (Unreserved) Category.

9. The date of validity for OBC-NCL certificate for AIIMS PG admission (MD/MD/MDS) Session January-2022 shall be 17.10.2020 to 20.10.2021 (both dates inclusive).

The SC/ST/PwBD certificates should have been issued on or before 20.10.2021.

The EWS certificate must be valid for financial year 2021-22 and issued on or after 01.04.2021 and on or before 20.10.2021, based on income of year 2020-21.

The certificate issued within this period by the competent authority as mentioned in the prospectus of AIIMS New Delhi for January 2022 session shall be accepted by AIIMS Raipur.

10.The selected candidates are required to complete admission formalities on the same day. No extension under any circumstances will be granted.
