MP DME Announces Revised Schedule For Mop-Up Round Of NEET PG, NEET MDS admissions, details
Madhya Pradesh: The Director of Medical Education (DME MP) has announced the revised schedule for the mop-up round of NEET PG and NEET MDS courses.
Fresh choice filling and choice locking for the mop-up round can be done up to 03-10-2023 (midnight). The choice filling date has been extended because the 1st and 2nd of October 2023 were nonbanking days. Previously, the last date for choice filling was 02-10-2023. Mop-up round allotment results will be declared on 06-10-2023. Reporting at the allotted college in person for document verifications and admission can be done from 07-10-2023 to 10-10-2023 (06:00 PM).
The candidates note that fresh choice filling is a must. Candidates who opted for upgradation and do not exercise fresh choice filling will not be considered for allotment and shall remain admitted to the previous medical college.
Medical Dialogues had earlier reported that DME had announced the revised 2nd and mop-up round time schedule for NEET PG and NEET MDS counselling after lowering of the cutoff percentile. The round 2 candidates can submit the willingness for upgradation link for the mop-up round by admitted candidates of the second round and candidates of the first round who opted for upgradation in the second round through the candidate's login from 25-09-2023 to 28-09-2023 (12:00 Midnight).
Candidates not registered for counselling can do fresh registrations from 25-09-2023 to 28-09-2023 (12:00 Midnight). Candidates who are already registered are not required to register again. Publication of the revised merit list of registered candidates, eligible candidates list, and vacancy chart will be done on 29-09-2023.
The Director of Medical Education takes care of the NEET PG and NEET MDS counselling process. The Department of Medical Education plays a pivotal role in developing medical and para-medical personnel to cater to the state's health needs. The directorate facilitates comprehensive medical and dental education via various medical, dental, and paramedical colleges in the state.
