MP DME Informs on CLC Round For NEET PG Counselling, details
Madhya Pradesh: The Director of Medical Education (DME Madhya Pradesh) informed about the CLC round for NEET PG counselling.
As per the notice, all the registered candidates are informed that the CLC round of counselling schedule for NEET PG admission has been kept on hold due to indispensable reasons. The exact reason has not been announced. The candidates should keep track of the official website for further updates regarding the CLC round.
Previously the schedule for the CLC round was announced for NEET PG and NEET MDS admission. The schedule was to begin on November 22 2022, and the selected candidates were asked to report by November 25 2022. The candidates were allowed to do the choice filling till November 23 2022, at midnight.
The mop-up round for NEET PG and NEET MDS admission has just ended. For the allotted candidates, the last to join was November 21 2022, till 6:00 pm. The schedule started on November 6 2022.
Eligibility criteria –
1. Candidates must have an MBBS/BDS degree or pass certificate issued by the Medical Council of India (MCI)/Dental Council of India (DCI) or State Medical Council (SMC)/State Dental Council (SDC)
2. Candidates must get the registration certificate for MCI/DCI or SMC/SDC before the admission process of MP NEET PG 2022.
3. Candidates must have completed their 12-month rotatory internship on or before March 31, 2022.
4. Candidates must be NEET PG/NEET MDS qualified.
NEET-PG is an eligibility-cum-ranking examination prescribed as the single entrance examination for admission to various MD/MS and PG Diploma Courses. NEET-MDS is an eligibility-cum-ranking examination prescribed as the single entrance examination for admission to various MDS Courses. No other entrance exam is valid for admission to both courses.
The medical education department plays a pivotal role in developing medical and paramedical personnel to cater to the state's health needs. The directorate facilitates comprehensive medical and dental education via various medical, dental, and paramedical colleges in the state.
Recently Medical Dialogues team reported that DME informed about the exemption of the compulsory security fee deposit for round 2 for MBBS and BDS admission. For ST candidates for round 2, compulsory security for choice filling has been removed. The candidates can now submit their willingness for round 2 without making them pay a security fee.
