MP DME notifies on additional MBBS seats for Round 2 NEET counselling, Check complete schedule

Madhya Pradesh- The Director of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh, is soon going to commence the MP State Combined National Eligibility and Entrance Test-undergraduate (NEET UG) second round counselling for the academic year 2025 for admission into the MBBS and BDS courses. In this regard, MPDME has released the schedule for the candidates willing to participate in the said counselling.
According to the schedule, the MP State Combined NEET UG second round counselling 2025 will commence from 10 September 2025 and will end on 27 September 2025. Below is the detailed schedule-

5 | Reporting at the allotted Medical/Dental college in person for document verification and admission. | 17 to 24 September 2025 (up to 06:00 PM) | 8 Days |
6 | Willingness for upgradation for MOP UP Round by admitted candidates of the second round and candidates of the first round who opted for upgradation in the second round through the candidate's login. | 17 to 27 September 2025 (up to 11:59 PM) | 11 Days |

Meanwhile, through a notice, MPDME has informed all the participating candidates in MP State combined counselling NEET UG 2025 that the National Medical Commission (NMC) has increased the sanctioned intake of MBBS seats from 100 to 150 seats in Chhindwara Institute of Medical Sciences, Chhindwara and from 125 to 150 seats in the Bundelkhand Medical College, Sagar. Of these, 43 MBBS seats in Medical College Chhindwara and 22 seats in Bundelkhand Medical College Sagar under State Quota will be added to the vacancies for the second round.
Therefore, candidates who want to change their option for upgradation for the second round can do so by using the willingness to upgradation link available at the candidate's login. The link will remain active till 07th September 2025 (06:00 pm).
