MP NEET 2025 Counselling: DME Extends Round 1 Admission, Resignation, Upgradation Deadlines

Madhya Pradesh- The Director of Medical Education (DME) of Madhya Pradesh has extended the last date of the MP State combined counselling National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2025 (First Round) (MBBS and BDS Course) admission, resignation and cancellation of admission and upgradation.
As per the notice issued in this regard by the MPDME, the candidates who are participating in State UG counselling, the last date for admission is being extended upto 25 August 2025, 6:00 pm. The last date for resignation/cancellation from the admitted seat is 26 August 2025, upto 05:00 pm, and the last date for edit upgradation is 26 August 2025, upto 11:59 pm.
However, earlier to this, the Reporting at the allotted Medical/Dental college in person for document verifications and admission, online Resignation/Cancellation of admission at college level and exercising the option for upgradation for the second round by candidates at the time of admission was extended till 20th August 2025, 11:59 PM.
Meanwhile, it is mandatory for all candidates to exercise the option for upgradation (YES/NO) at the time of admission at the college level. Candidates can edit, option for upgradation at their candidate's login till 26.08.2025, up to 11:59 PM.
MPDME recently released the revised First Round Allotment Opening and Closing ranks of MP State Combined National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Undergraduate (NEET UG) Counselling 2025 (MBBS and BDS Course). The allotment list contains important details such as the Institute code, type, name, course, opening AI rank, closing AI rank, etc.
As per the allotment list, a total of 5163 candidates have been allotted to the Medical and Dental Colleges of Madhya Pradesh.
