NBE declares results of final mop up round counselling for FNB admissions 2025 session, details

According to the NBE notice issued in this regard, candidates who participated in the Final Mop-up Round can now check their allotment result through the NBEMS counselling portal.

Candidates who have been allotted an FNB seat in the Final Mop-up Round are required to mandatorily join the allotted institute/course within the prescribed counselling schedule.

Candidates must download their Seat Allotment Letter from the NBEMS Counselling Portal and report to the allotted institute by October 1, 2026.

NBEMS has cautioned candidates that failure to complete the joining formalities within the stipulated period will have consequences.

A candidate will lose admission to the allotted seat if he or she fails to join the allotted institute, does not produce the original documents for verification, or fails to fulfil the prescribed eligibility criteria during document verification within the stipulated timeline.

In such cases, the amount paid by the candidate towards the course fee will also be forfeited, the Board stated.

NBEMS has clarified that the allotment made in the Final Mop-up Round is purely provisional.

Final admission will remain subject to fulfilment of the prescribed eligibility criteria, verification of original documents at the allotted institution and final scrutiny by NBEMS before the Final Registration Number is allotted.

Candidates have therefore been advised to carefully ensure that they meet all eligibility requirements. If any deficiency or ineligibility is detected at any stage before the Final Registration Number is issued, both the candidature and the provisionally allotted seat may be cancelled.
