NBE declares withheld NEET PG 2025 result following Delhi HC order

The updated result has been published on the official NBEMS notice board following compliance with the directions of the Hon’ble Delhi High Court.
According to the official issued by the NBEMS in this regard, the result of the candidate, earlier marked as “withheld,” has now been declared after receiving no objections from the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) under the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW).
As per the released notice, the candidate secured a total score of 296 out of 800, with an All India Rank (AIR) of 105182.
NBEMS stated that the decision was made in compliance with the court’s directions, ensuring the candidate’s eligibility to participate in the ongoing NEET PG 2025 counselling conducted by the MCC.
" Result of NEET-PG 2025 was published on 19.08.2025 wherein the results of above listed candidate was declared as "WITHHELD". Same has now been declared in compliance with the orders of Hon'ble High Court of Delhi in W.P. (C) No 5579 of 2025 and " no objections " from the Medical Counseling Committee of DGHS, MoHFW to allow the candidate to participate in NEET-PG 2025 counseling," the notice said.

The pending plea seeking transparency in the National Eligibility-Entrance Test Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2025 examination is likely to be heard by the Supreme Court on 7th November, 2025.
Both the pleas filed by the United Doctors' Front (UDF) and a group of NEET-PG 2025 aspirants who challenged the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences' (NBEMS) mechanism of disclosing the answer keys have been listed for a further hearing on 07.11.2025.
Medical Dialogues had earlier reported that a group of NEET-PG 2025 aspirants filed a plea before the Supreme Court challenging the "corrective notice" issued by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) on August 21.
