NBE Sponsored Post MBBS DNB Counselling: Check out details on NOC Submission for Final Mop-Up Round

According to the notice, candidates declared qualified after cutting down the minimum qualifying percentage for National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Postgraduate (NEET-PG) 2024 are given an opportunity to submit their NOC by April 25, 2025, to participate in the final (mop-up) round of counselling.

The duly filled and signed NOC should only be submitted at Communication Web Portal (CWP) of NBEMS latest by 25th April, 2025. Below is the steps to submit NOC through CWP are as follows-

STEP 1- Go to the NBE official website.

STEP 2- Click on the Contact Us.

STEP 3- Go to the Communication Web Portal.

STEP 4- Click on the Department of Training and Monitoring.

STEP 5- Click on Select option 1 “Counseling”.

STEP 6- Click on Select option 2 “Submission of NOC”.

STEP 7- Click on Course “DNB (Post MBBS) including Direct 6 years course”.

STEP 8- Fill other details as per the requirement.

STEP 9- Attach NOC strictly as per the requisite format.

STEP 10- Submit.

Meanwhile, receipt of NOC through any other mode/ email shall not be considered by NBEMS. Schedule for Centralized Merit Based counseling for admission to Sponsored Post MBBS DNB seats of 2024 admission session NBEMS has decided to conduct the Final (Mop-up) Round of Counseling for Sponsored Post MBBS seats of 2024 admission session. However, the schedule for Final (Mop-up) Round of the Counseling shall be notified separately.

Therefore, candidates who were declared qualified before cut off percentage and who did not participate/were declared ineligible will not be considered for participation in the final (mop-up) round.
