NEET 2024 Applications: NTA gives one-time opportunity to upload correct photograph, warns of withholding admit card
New Delhi- Observing that the photos uploaded by some candidates during the registration for the NEET-UG 2024 examination are not as per the prescribed standards format or required specifications, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has given one-time opportunity to candidates to upload the correct photograph.
Through the notice, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has given strict instructions to the candidates to update their correct photograph during the photo update window in the next few days to avoid withholding of the issuance of admit card.
"Upon scrutiny of photographs uploaded by candidates during the registration for NEET (UG) - 2024, it has been observed that the photos uploaded by some candidates are not as per prescribed standards format/required specifications. The admit card of such candidates is likely to be with-held," said the NTA
Candidates should note that this is a one-time opportunity hence candidates are requested to correct/change their photograph by 26th April 2024 by 11:59 PM. Thereafter, no correction shall be entertained.

Meanwhile, NTA has recently released the exam city slip, so candidates are requested to refer to the remarks column of their advance city information slip. The NEET-UG 2024 exam city slip is made live on the NTA official website.
If any candidate faces difficulty in uploading the photograph or any further query kindly or any clarifications related to NEET (UG) – 2024, candidates may call the NTA Help Desk or write an email.
NEET-UG 2024 exam is being conducted by NTA on Sunday, May 5, 2024, from 02:00 PM to 05:20 PM. The examination will be conducted in pen and paper mode at various centres in India and abroad. NEET UG exam serves as the sole gateway and eligibility criteria for admission to all MBBS and BDS courses across the country. NTA's preparations are in full swing to ensure the smooth conduct of the examination on the scheduled date.
