NEET 2024 Applications correction window to close today
New Delhi- The National Testing Agency (NTA) is going to soon close the window to make final corrections in the application form for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET (UG)-2024).
On this, NTA also released a public notice on its official website informing that the window has been re-opened for two days, therefore, candidates who had registered for the NEET UG 2024 entrance exam can correct their online application, if needed, from April 11 to April 12, until 11.50 pm on the NTA official website.
Also, candidates who have used Aadhaar other than self can make an Aadhaar authentication correction till 11.50 pm on April 15.
“Since it is a one-time facility extended to the candidates to avoid any hardships to them, the candidates are informed to do the correction very carefully, as no further chance for correction will be given to the candidates”, the NTA said in a public notice.
Further “All the registered candidates for the said Examination are advised to visit the website and verify their particulars and are advised to make correction/s in their particulars, in their respective Application Forms, if required”, the notice read.

The candidates must note that the final correction shall be applicable only after payment of an additional fee if required. In case of a change in Gender, Category, or PwD, if there is an impact on the fee amount then the Candidate will be charged an excess fee as applicable.
However, the additional fee shall be paid by the candidate concerned either through Credit, Debit Card, Net Banking or UPI. Excess payments made will not be refunded, if any.
HOW TO MAKE CORRECTION
STEP 1- Click on the 'NEET UG correction’ on the Home page.
STEP 2- Login into the account using your registration credentials.
STEP 3- A new window will open, and your registration application form will be on the screen.
STEP 4- Edit the required details.
STEP 5- Save the changes.
STEP 6- Make the required payment before submitting the form.
STEP 7- Download and print the form for future reference.
The National Testing Agency will conduct the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test [(NEET (UG)] – 2024 on 05 May 2024 from 02:00 P.M. to 05:20 P.M. throughout the country and 14 cities outside India in Pen & paper (offline) mode.
