NTA reopens NEET 2024 Registration window, Apply now
New Delhi- Through a public notice, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the reopening of the registration window for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for (Undergraduate) courses- NEET UG 2024.
As per the notice, the NTA, "received various representations from stakeholders with a request to re-open the registration window of NEET (UG)- 2024”.

STEPS TO APPLY
STEP 1- Visit the official website of NTA
STEP 2- Enter your valid login credentials.
STEP 3- Register and fill out the NEET UG 2024 application form.
STEP 4- Upload the required documents.
STEP 5- Pay the registration fee and click on the ‘Submit’ button.
STEP 6- Download the payment receipt and keep a hard copy for future reference.
APPLICATION FEE
The registration fee is Rs 1,700 for General Category and NRIs, Rs 1,600 for applicants from EWS/OBC-NCL categories and Rs 1,000 for SC/ST/PWD/Third Gender categories.
Meanwhile, candidates can opt for login and identification for the online submission form to register with the following options:
1 Aadhar card.
2 Digi locker.
3 ABC ID.
4 Passport.
5 Pan Card.
6 School/ Any other valid Govt. identity Card with photograph.
“The dates for Advance Intimation of Examination City, downloading of Admit Cards, and declaration of Result will be displayed on the NEET(UG) (Main) portal at the appropriate time”, the notice further added.
Furthermore while instructing the candidates, the notice also stated that “this is a one-time opportunity, so the candidates are advised to use it carefully as no further chance will be given for applying for NEET (UG)- 2024. Please make a note of this and fill out the online Application Form accordingly”.
This is the third time that the NTA has extended the registration date for NEET UG 2024. Firstly it was fixed till 9th March 2024, which was later extended by one week i.e. 16th March 2024 at 10:50 pm.
On Sunday, May 5, 2024, the NTA is going to conduct the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG) from 02:00 pm to 05:20 pm. The examination will be conducted in pen and paper mode at various centres in India and abroad.
