NEET 2025: TN Health releases Round 2 provisional allotment list, details
Tamil Nadu- The selection committee for the Directorate of Medical Education (DME) and Research, Tamil Nadu, has released the Tamil Nadu National Eligibility and Entrance Test - Undergraduate (NEET UG) Counselling Round 2 provisional Seat Allotment Results for the academic year 2025.
The provisional Seat Allotment results have been declared in a PDF format on the official website of TN Health on 24th September 2025.
Candidates must confirm their seats by September 30, 2025, to proceed with the admission process. However, the candidates who were re-allotted seats and paid their tuition fees in Round 1 will only need to pay the difference, as previously clarified by the selection committee. Seats in Round 1 were allocated only to candidates who either vacated their seats or upgraded to a higher preference.
In the Government quota allotment, the top-ranking candidates have secured admission in premier institutions such as Madras Medical College (MMC), Stanley Medical College, Kilpauk Medical College, Coimbatore Medical College, and Madurai Medical College.
Additionally, in the Management quota allotment, candidates have secured admission in premier institutions such as Christian Medical College (CMC), Vellore, and PSG Institute of Medical Sciences, Coimbatore.
Medical Dialogues reported that the tentative round 2 Counselling schedule for admission into the MBBS and BDS Degree Courses in Tamil Nadu Government Medical/ Dental Colleges, ESIC Medical College, K.K. Nagar, Chennai, Government & Management Quota (incl. NRI) seats in Self Financing Medical Colleges (including Christian Medical College, Vellore) & Dental Colleges, State Private Universities and Wards of IRT Candidates 2025-2026 session.
