NEET Admission 2023: DME Gujarat Announces Revised Round 1 Allotment, Reporting Process
Gujarat: The Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) has announced the revised 1st round allotment results and reporting process. The 1st round result, last rank, non-converted vacant seats after round 1, and details related to admission confirmation have also been released.
The result includes STUDENT NAME, MERITNO, Cat Merit, NEET Score, ADM Cat, College, AIQ Rank, User id, and Adm Round. To view the result, click on the link below –

The candidates need to download the allotment letter and fees challan from their account after login with the help of User ID & Password. The candidates can pay the tuition fee up to 17/08/2023 (03:00 pm). They can pay the tuition fees of allotted college either by online payment mode through the official website of ACPUGMEC or by cash/ Demand Draft through a designated branch of the bank (A list of designated HDFC bank’s branches is available on the admission committee’s website http://medadmgujarat.org/ug/home.aspx). After payment of tuition fees, students have to collect the receipt generated from the ACPUGMEC portal in 2 copies and a copy of the challan (2 copies).
Once the fee is paid, the candidates need to report to the help center with original documents up to 18/08/2023 (04:00 pm). Help centers are working from 10.00 am to 04.00 pm, and it will be closed on Sunday. They have to take a prior appointment for the document submission at the help center. They can select the date and help center for document submission when printing the allotment letter.
The following are the documents to be submitted to the help center –
1. Allotment Letter of ACPUGMEC
2. Receipt of Payment of Tuition Fee at Bank
3. Tuition Fee Receipt generated thru’ Admission Module
4. Print Copy NEET-UG mark-sheet of current academic year
5. Std. 10th Marksheet
6. Std. 12th Marksheet
7. Document showing the place of birth & Date of Birth & Indian Citizenship (School leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate- compulsory for all candidates & Birth Certificate/ Passport--If birthplace not mentioned in School leaving certificate/Transfer Certificate)
8. Domicile Certificate for students born outside Gujarat (with signature and stamp of Authority) issued by Competent Authorities (Mamlatdar / Executive Magistrate / Commissioner of Police) of Gujarat State only
9. For SEBC, ST, and SC Category: Caste certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only
10. For SEBC Category: Non-creamy layer certificate (Parishistha ‘4’ in Gujarati/English) issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only issued after 01/04/2021
11. For EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) Category: EWS certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only
12. Copy of Passport (if Citizenship is Dual)
13. Physical Fitness Certificate
14. NOC/Cancellation Order
15. Defense Certificate
16. Any other document as per requirement
Steps for admission confirmation –
Open the website for UG admission. https://www.medadmgujarat.org/ug/home.aspx
The candidates need to login to their account
Check Allotment status –
1. If a seat is not allotted: Wait for the next round
2. If a seat is allotted: Then follow the below-mentioned process
Print the Allotment letter and take an appointment at the nearby help center from the candidate log-in (For NRI students GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar Only)
Print fees challan (for all students) & Do Online payment through the ACPUGMEC portal
Go to a nearby designated HDFC bank (fees can be deposited by means of Cash or DD only)
If the candidates have paid fees at the Bank counter, collect fees receipt provided by HDFC bank, and also, their fees challan stamped by HDFC bank
Visit the selected help center for an appointment with the Original Documents mentioned in the Allotment letter with fees receipt and challan certified by HDFC bank
Submit original documents in A3 (11*15 inches) Appropriate size cover with your details written on it (as per website) with fees receipt
Collect the admission order signed and stamped by the nodal officer from the help center and secure it for further rounds
NRI candidates -
The candidates who have been allotted seats in the NRI category will have to pay Rs. 5.00 lakh (as Refundable Deposit) by online payment gateway or cash or Demand Draft in favor of “ACPUGMEC” payable at Gandhinagar in the designated bank’s branches approved by ACPUGMEC. After that, the candidates have to confirm their admission by submitting original documents help center. Then the candidate has to pay prescribed tuition fees in US Dollars or an equivalent amount in any currency on or before 14th August 2023 up to 03:00 pm at the admitted institute. If any candidate fails to deposit this fee at the admitted institute in the stipulated timeframe, the admission will be considered canceled. ACPUGMEC will refund the deposit amount of Rs. 5.00 lakh after the completion of the whole admission process.

Important Details -
Hence the Admission Committee informs that the candidates allotted seats of MBBS/BDS courses in the previous round-01. And those who have paid the required tuition fees and reported at the help center and deposited the original certificates, and got the admission confirmed. They should carry the following certificates along with the receipt of payment of additional fees if any MBBS/BDS seats are allotted in Revised RIND-01 and if any additional tuition fee is “No” or if any additional fee is to be paid in tuition fee. One has to go to the help center, where the admission is confirmed after reporting and depositing the original certificates.
These candidates have to bring the following certificates. (1) Allotment Letter of Revised Round 01 (2) Original Admission Order of the previous first round, which was canceled (if the candidate has given this admission order to the institution, then a copy of the candidate's application reported in that institution (3) Canceled first Copy of previous fee receipt of the round or fee receipt of payment of the revised first round if the fee has to be paid afresh.
Students who belong to SC or ST category and who have deposited free ship card earlier and have reported and submitted original certificates and confirmed admission. And in the case of MBBS/BDS seat allotment in Revised RIND-01, those students will have to give a copy of the free ship card deposited earlier. Every candidate and parent should take note of this.
Non-converted vacant seats after round-1 –
A total of 884 seats are non-converted vacant seats after round-1. Medical has 735 seats, and dental has 149 seats. The college-wise seat details are enclosed in the notice below.
