NEET Counselling 2021: MCC releases list of eligible NRI candidates for mop up round
New Delhi : The Medical Counselling Committee, MCC has released the list of eligible candidates who intended to get their nationality converted from Indian to NRI for participating in the mop up round of NEET counseling 2021 with respect to MBBS and BDS admissions this academic year.

Earlier, the MCC had informed all mop up round NEET Counselling Candidates who want to get their nationality converted from Indian to NRI about the mandated requirements they need to fulfil and relevant documents they need to submit with the counselling body which claims that they belong to the NRI category.
Such candidates were asked send their relevant documents as mentioned below, in support of their claim to change nationality from Indian to NRI through email ug.nri.mcc@gmail.com from 12:00 Noon of 11th March, 2022 (Friday) upto 06:00 PM of 12th March, 2022 (Saturday).
1. Documents claiming that the sponsorer is an NRI (Passport, Visa of the sponsorer).
2. Relationship of NRI with the candidate as per the court orders of The Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in case W.P.(c) No. 689/2017- Consortium of Deemed Universities in Karnataka (CODEUNIK) & Ans. Vs Union of India & Ors. dated 22-08- 2017.
3. Affidavit from the sponsorer that he/ she will sponsor the entire course fee of the candidate duly notarized.
4. Embassy Certificate of the Sponsorer (Certificate from the Consulate).
5. NEET Score Card of the candidate.
All such candidates are advised to be in touch with the MCC website for further course of action.
A total of 4,124 MBBS, 1,909 BDS and 252 BSc Nursing seats are available for the mop-up round of AIQ NEET counselling being conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee under the DGHS (MCC).
