NEET Counselling 2023: UP DGME releases mop up round schedule, registrations begin from Sept 8th, details here
Uttar Pradesh: The Directorate General of Medical Education (UP DGME) has released the schedule for the mop-up round for NEET UG (MBBS, BDS) courses.
The online registrations can be done from 08th September 2023 (From 11:00 AM) to 11th September 2023 (Till 05:00 PM). The candidates can deposit the security and registration money from 08th September 2023 (From 11:00 AM) to 12th September 2023 (Till 11:00 AM). The online document verification will be done from 08th September 2023 to 12th September 2023 (Till 05:00 PM).
The merit list will be declared on 12th September 2023. The online choice filling can be carried out from 13th September 2023 (From 05:00 PM) to 15th September 2023 (Till 05:00 PM). On 16th / 17th September 2023, the allotment results will be declared. The allotment order can be downloaded from 18th September 2023 to 21st September 2023.
Candidates should assess their eligibility on their own according to the G.0 (Government order)/Brochure of UP NEET UG 2023. Only those candidates will be eligible for the mop-up round, who have not been allotted any seat through the first and second rounds of counseling of UP NEET UG-2023
Candidates allotted through the first or second round of counseling of UP NEET UG-2023 and candidates allotted/admitted through all India quota and any round of other state counseling will not be eligible for the Mop-up round. To participate in counseling, it will be mandatory for all eligible candidates to register themselves online on the website https://upneet.gov.in by depositing the registration fee of Rs. 1000/- (Rs. one thousand only).
Security money is mandatory to be deposited online by the candidates. Such unallotted candidates whose Security money has already been deposited are not required to deposit the security money again for the mop-up round counseling.
The following is the security money to be placed -
1. Rs. 30000 for Govt. Medical Colleges
2. Rs. 200000 for private medical colleges
3. Rs.100000 for private dental colleges
Candidates whose original documents have been verified at the time of the first/second round of counseling need not get re-verified. Only those candidates will be eligible for choice filling whose documents have been verified online and deposited the security money.
