NEET PG 2023 application process begins, information brochure released, Details
New Delhi: Through a recent notice, the National Board of Examinations (NBE) has invited applications for NEET PG 2023 exam. The online submission of applications will begin from today 7th January, 2023 and will be available till 27th January 2023.
As of Information till now, This will be the last NEET PG exam that will be held as the government plans to introduce NExT exam from next year
NEET-PG is an eligibility-cum-ranking examination prescribed as the single entrance examination for admission to various MD/MS and PG Diploma Courses as per Section 61(2) of the National Medical Commission Act, 2019 read with 10 (D) of Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
No other entrance examination, either at the state or the Institution level, shall be valid for entry to MD/MS/PG Diploma courses. Qualifying NEET-PG is mandatory for entry to MD/MS/PG Diploma courses under various Universities/ Institutions in the country. NEET PG is mandatory even for foreign nationals seeking admission in medical courses in India.

Availability of seats and counseling:
• A separate handbook informing details of the counseling process and applicable reservation shall be released by the designated counseling authority for NEET-PG 2023.
• The Counseling for 50% seats of All India Quota will be conducted by MCC of DGHS
Examination Fee

2. Applications forms once submitted cannot be withdrawn. Fee shall neither be carried forward to a future date nor refunded under any circumstances. Any claim for refund, adjustment or carrying forward of Application fee will not be entertained.
Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for admission to MD/MS/PG Diploma Courses is as follows:

Foreign Nationals desirous of appearing in NEET-PG and those, who are required to have security clearance as per the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) requirements, shall obtain the security clearance from Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India before applying for NEET-PG examination. The security clearance shall be required to be submitted while applying for NEET-PG examination.
Scheme of NEET-PG 2023
1. NEET-PG 2023 shall be conducted in a single day & single session as a computer-based examination on 5th March 2023.
