NEET PG 2024: MCC Adds 39 DNB Seats to Round 1 Counselling
New Delhi- 39 DNB seats have been added to the seat matrix of the National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Postgraduate (NEET PG) Round 1 Counselling 2024. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has announced this through a notice.
Through the notice, MCC has informed all the candidates participating in Round 1 of PG Counselling 2024 that a few DNB seats are being added to the seat matrix of Round 1 of PG Counselling 2024 in the larger interest of candidates. The seats could not be included earlier as the DNB Institutes had not completed their profile on the portal provided by MCC.
On this, MCC has also released the seat matrix, therefore, candidates can now exercise choices for the newly added seats in Round 1 of PG Counselling 2024 as per the new seat matrix.
In addition to the seat matrix, a total of 39 seats have been added across DNB institutes in India. Below is the detailed seat matrix-

Meanwhile, according to the information bulletin released by the MCC on its official website, candidates who have qualified NEET PG 2024 are eligible for DNB seats and the counselling for in-service candidates will not be conducted by the MCC.
