NEET PG Admissions To CPS Courses: DMER Maharashtra releases selection list, provisional vacancy position for Personal Counselling Round
Maharashtra: The Directorate of Medical Education & Research (DMER) has released the selection list and provisional vacancy position for personal counselling round for NEET PG candidates seeking admissions to CPS courses in order to to fill the vacant seats.

The Mop-Up round was recently conducted, but a few seats remain vacant at the end of this round. To fill these vacant seats, the Competent Authority has decided to conduct the personal counselling round for NEET PG CPS courses.
The detailed schedule for personal counselling round-

DME has further notified that the seat matrix and the eligible list will be published on 8th July 2022. Those candidates registered for NEET PG-CPS 2021 and have Not Admitted status as of 6th July 2022 up to 6:00 pm will be eligible for a personal counselling round. The candidates joined during CAP 1st round / 2nd round and Mop-Up round in Government/Corporation /Government aided / Private unaided / Minority Medical Institutes and having Admitted status as on 6th July 2022 up to 6:00 pm are not eligible to participate in personal counselling round.
The venue for the counselling schedule will be Aarogya Bhavan, Sabhagraha, Ground Floor, St. George's Hospital Campus, CST, Mumbai 400001.
All the desirous candidates who are eligible as per the rules should attend the personal counselling round in person according to the above schedule. They are instructed to report to the counselling centre half an hour before the schedule. If they reach late, they will not be considered eligible for the seats available at that time only. The candidates should bring all the original documents and one set of self-attested Xerox copies of the same for verification at the personal counselling centre.
For admission by personal counselling, preference forms submitted previously by all the registered eligible candidates will not be considered, and the same shall be treated as having been cancelled. The personal counselling will be held strictly in order of merit (CPS SML number). Each candidate will be offered all vacant seats available for allotment at the time of their turn of counselling. In this round, allotment shall be made based on the candidate's choice at the time of personal counselling appearance.
The candidates who will be allotted seats in the personal counselling round will not be considered for the Inter-se round, if any. Once a seat is allotted during this round, the candidates should report to the allotted institute to join and complete all necessary formalities by submitting all their original documents along with payment of requisite fees in the form of a Demand Draft within the prescribed time limit.
The admission process will be completed before the cut-off date prescribed for the CPS course declared by the Competent Authority. The cut-off date for admission to NEET-PG-CPS 2021 course is 21st July 2022, 6:00 pm. If any candidate resigns from the seat allotted admission process after the cut-off date, there will be no refund of fees, and such candidates will have to pay the entire course fee as a penalty.
