NEET PG Admissions to CPS courses: DMER notifies on seat resignation process, Details
Mumbai: DMER Maharashtra has informed about the resignation process for seats obtained by candidates during NEET PG (2021) admission process.
The candidates can cancel/resign a seat allotted during Round -1 or Round -2 or Mop-Up Round -1 of State Counseling on 6th July 2022 up to 6:00 pm, which is the last date of joining of Mop-Up Round-1. The candidate who resigns after 6:00 pm will not be eligible for the personal counselling round of PG admission, and the fees paid for admission will also not be refunded.
The candidates note that the process of cancellation/resignation is to be carried out at the admitted Institute only. Individual cancellation/resignation sent offline or through email to DMER or CPS office will not be considered valid.
All candidates must regularly visit the official website of DMER "www.med-edu.in" for various notices and instructions. No separate communication shall be made for the admission process.
Recently Medical Dialogues has reported that for Mop-Up Round-1, 166 colleges have been allotted seats for PG Admissions.

Selected candidates should download the selection letter from www.med-edu.in and report physically joining the allotted Institute as per instructions published in Notice No. 3 of DMER, Mumbai. They can join till 6th July 2022 up to 6 pm.
College of Physicians & Surgeons of Mumbai, established in 1913, is an autonomous body imparting Postgraduate Medical Education and offers 10 Fellowships, 17 Diplomas, and 2 Certificate Courses. The qualifications granted by CPS Mumbai allow the Practitioner to register themselves as specialists in the specialty concerned upon completing the tenure of 2 years Diploma or 3 years Fellowship and passing the prescribed exit examination.
