NEET PG Counselling 2021: KEA informs on Verification, Deposition Of Original Documents For Mop-Up Round Candidates
Karnataka: Karnataka Examination Authority, through a written notice, released details related to the verification and deposition of original documents for the PG Medical Mop-Up round.
On 25th April 2022, candidates can verify and deposit the documents between 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
As per the notice, all the candidates qualified due to lowered percentile and have registered with KEA but did not verify their documents due to advisory by MCC can verify and deposit their original documents to become eligible to participate in this round.
Those eligible candidates who have taken back their original documents from KEA (including NRI round allotment done on 31st March 2022) and have not been allotted any seat in All India Mop-Up round counselling, including counselling for Deemed Universities or in their state counselling, can participate in this round by depositing the original documents. The Mop-Up round revised schedule will be published shortly on the KEA website.

Mop-Up round is being conducted for all categories of available seats for admission to PG Medical courses for the seats that remained vacant/canceled after the round 2 set allotment. No cancellation of seats will be accepted once the seat is allotted in the Mop-Up round. Original documents will not be collected on the day of the Mop-Up round.
Eligibility criteria –
1. Not joined candidates of round 1 or 2.
2. Not joined candidates of Mop-Up round of AIQ including counselling for deem universities.
3. Candidates not allotted clinical seats in the rounds of state counselling.
4. Candidates allotted pre or para clinical seats for clinical seats only. However, in case they have already joined the allotted college, they will not be allowed to participate in this round.
The candidates who have joined the allotted seat of rounds 1 or 2 of the AIQ will not be eligible to participate in the state counselling.
