NEET PG Counselling 2022: TN Health releases Round 1 Allotment List, Check out details for participation in Round 2
Tamil Nadu: The Director of Medical Education (DME Tamil Nadu) released the provisional list of allotted candidates and announced the details related to round 2 participation for NEET PG admissions.
The provisional list of allotted candidates consists of GRank, ARNO, Name, T.Mark, Allotted To, and Category. 272 candidates have been allotted seats in various medical colleges. for NEET PG admission after round 1 of the counselling process. It can be checked from the link https://tnmedicalselection.net/Notification.aspx.
The candidates whose names are there in the allotment list will have to pay the tuition fees and download the provisional allotment letter and report to the allotted institute on or before 12th October 2022 up to 5:00 pm.
The candidates who wish to retain their seat and participate in round 2 of the counselling process for re-allotment will have to give a retainment letter to the concerned institution. Such candidates can participate in round 2 of counselling; if the seat is not re-allotted in round 2 of counselling, then the seat allotted in round 1 can be retained. And those who have given their resignation in round 1 to the joined institute and, if participating in round 2, cannot claim back the resigned seat if not allotted a seat in round 2.
DME, through a previous notification has already announced that the candidates can resign their seats of Round 1 counselling within the stipulated date and time/cutoff date of Round I, i.e., 12th October 2022 upto 5.00 pm, after which they will be considered as part of Round 2. The same rules will apply on them as applicable for Round 2 Counselling. They are advised to ensure that their resignation letter is submitted to their allotted colleges, failing which the resignation will be treated as "Null and Void."
