NEET PG Counselling 2025 registrations begin in Karnataka, apply till October 9th

Karnataka: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has commenced the registration process for Karnataka National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Postgraduate (NEET PG) counselling for the academic year 2025 from today.
Candidates who have cleared their NEET PG exam 2025 and wish to apply for admission to medical colleges in Karnataka must complete the registration process before the stipulated deadline.
According to the official notification issued by KEA in this regard, the registration has been activated on the official website by 11 am today, i.e., October 4, 2025. The last date for candidates to register for Karnataka NEET PG counselling 2025 is October 9, 2025. A total of two counselling rounds will be conducted, followed by a mop-up round and a stray vacancy round, depending on seat availability.
STEPS TO REGISTER FOR THE KARNATAKA NEET PG COUNSELLING 2025
STEP 1- Visit the official website of KEA.
STEP 2- Click on the PGET 2025 section.
STEP 3- Click on the PG NEET round 1 registration link
STEP 4- Enter all required details
STEP 5- Fill out the application form.
STEP 6- Submit the application fee.
STEP 7- Save and submit
Meanwhile, the candidates who have obtained more than or equal to the prescribed minimum 50th percentile in NEET PG 2025 only are eligible to register and apply online for PG Medical courses for the year 2025-26.
Non-Karnataka candidates will not be eligible for reservation. Hence, in the NEET-PG 2025 examination, if they have scored the required minimum 50th percentile or above, fixed for 'GENERAL (UR)' category as per the qualifying criteria, then only they are eligible to register for admissions through KEA or for any other seats in the State of Karnataka. Please note that SC/ST/OBC eligibility criteria are applicable to Karnataka SC/ST/OBC candidates only.
Registration fee, details of document verification, original documents to be submitted for document verification, and other details have been published on the KEA Website. Interested and eligible candidates can register by selecting the specified link on the KEA Website apply online and appear for document verification on the specified dates as per their eligibility.
