Maharashtra : Through a recent notice, the Maha CET Cell has released the Extended Schedule for Online registration & Preference Filling Process  for the candidates who have now become eligible due to lowered cut-off percentile for NEET PG 2021 counselling.

The Directorate General of Health Services, Government of India has Lowered the Minimum Qualifying Percentiles & Marks for NEET-PG-2021. As per above referred notice dated 12.03.2022. In response, the qualifying percentile & revised cut-off score for the Academic Year 2021-22 is as follows: -

In view of this, Competent Authority, State CET Cell has Extended Schedule for Registration & Preference Form Filling for NEET-PG-2021 Eligible Candidates for Academic Year 2021-22. The schedule is as follow.

4 Publication of General List of Registered Candidates (Including In-service, NRI, PWD) 19/03/2022 after 05.00 pm
5 Publication of Common Provisional State Merit List of NEET-PG-2021 22/03/2022 after 05.00 pm
6 Online Preference/Choice Form Filling Process of eligible candidates (For Newly Registered Candidates only) 21/03/2022 to 24/03/20 4 days
The Window for Online Registration/Application Form Will be CLOSED on 18/03/2022
NO OFFLINE Application Form will be accepted for the further CAP of admission

Candidates are required to fill the Registration Form well in advance to avoid last minute rush. They should not wait till last date to fill the Registration Form. Any delay due to Electricity Failure, Internet Problem or due to any other Technical Fault will not be considered by the STATE CET CELL. The Information Brochure for admission to medical institutions is made available on the website i.e. www.mahacet.org. Candidate should see the Instructions/Notifications published on the website for further Admission Process. No separate or individual intimation is sent to any candidate at any time till the end of admission process.

Instruction to In-service Candidates:

In-Service candidates who wish to seek admission for the postgraduate courses shall apply online at par with other Non In- Service candidates and claim In-service quota. The candidate claiming in-service quota seat must claim in the online application form.

Instruction to Person with Disability Candidates (PWD) :

Those candidates who have marked/claimed as a PWD candidate in the Online Application, he/she has to Upload/Submit Original Certificate of Disability at the time of Registration as per the format published by Directorate General of Health Sciences (DGHS), New Delhi from the Medical Centers/ Boards published by Medical Council Committee & State CET Cell website. ( As per MCC Notice dated 01/12/2021)

Besides this, all necessary documents like Caste Certificate, Cast Validity Certificate, Non Creamy Layer Certificate, EWS Eligibility Certificate, PWD Certificate, Orphan Certificate and Bond Release Certificate (if applicable) has to be Uploaded Original Document Scanned Copy at the time of Registration Process.

Candidates belonging to Backward Classes / EWS must have claimed so in his online registration for Maharashtra State quota, failing which such a claim will not be entertained subsequently. Candidate belonging to above Categories should produce Caste Certificate, Caste Validity Certificate and Non-Creamy Layer Certificate / EWS eligibility certificate (wherever applicable) at the time of physical document verification process.

The Physical Document Verification of Selected Candidates will be done to decide Eligibility or Non-Eligibility at the time of joining to respective college in the selection round(s). The Reserve category candidates who will fail to submit requisite documents as per respective category will not be allowed to join and will be considered as open category or changed reserved Category for further rounds. Such candidates will be considered for selection in subsequent round(s) on available seat(s) as per merit and preferences filled by them, subject to full filling the eligibility criteria of Open Category/ Change reserved Category provided he/she fulfills the eligibility criteria of NEET-PG-2021.

Note:-

1) The Candidate who have already registered NEED NOT reapply.

2) The candidate having qualifying criteria of NEET-PG-2021 but could not registered previously, such candidates are permitted to register as per schedule by paying requisite fees.

3) The eligible newly registered candidate's names will be added in the previously published General Merit List of NEET-PG-2021. This revised combined merit list will be operated for selection process in subsequent MOP UP round(s).

4) The aforesaid registered candidates should note that they will be selected against the available vacant seat during MOP UP round onwards.
