NEET PG: KNRUHS invites applications for PG medical admissions 2025, Check eligibility criteria, registration process here!

Telangana: The Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has invited online applications for Admission into PG Medical Degree and Diploma Courses under Competent Authority Quota for the 2025-26 academic session.

Candidates can register online and upload scanned original certificates on website 08.00 A.M on 01-10-2025 upto 05.00 PM on 08-10-2025. Provisional Final Merit position of the applied candidates will be prepared based on NEET PG 2025 Score and other eligibility criteria notified under after verification of uploaded certificates.

All the interested candidates seeking PG medical admissions at KRNUHS are advised to take note of the following details:

NUMBER OF SEATS UNDER COMPETENT AUTHORITY QUOTA

a. The number of seats to be available for the academic year 2024-25 in Post Graduate Medical Degree/Diploma courses after excluding seats contributed to All India Quota from Government Medical Colleges and Competent Authority Quota seats in Private Medical colleges will be in accordance with the orders of the NMC / GOI / Govt. of Telangana.

The seat matrix for Competent Authority Quota seats for academic year i.e., 2024-25 shall be displayed in the KNRUHS website before notification for exercising web options for counseling.

b. In case any new PG Medical seats are permitted by Government of India in colleges affiliated to the KNRUHS for the Academic Year 2024-25, those seats also shall be filled up. No further notification shall be issued.

ELIGIBILITY

The candidates who fulfill the following criteria are eligible for admission into Post Graduate Medical Degree and Diploma courses. Candidates have to apply online and upload the original certificates for Competent Authority Quota seats in colleges affiliated to Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Warangal.

ELIGIBILITY AS LOCAL CANDIDATE:

i. A Candidate to be eligible for Admission into PG Medical Courses under these Rules should be an Indian National/Person of Indian Origin/Overseas Citizen of India card holder and be a local candidate.

ii. Local candidate means a candidate who has studied in the Educational Institutions in the state of Telangana for a period of not less than four consecutive years ending with the academic year in which he appeared or as the case may be, first appeared in the relevant qualifying examination subject to

Explanation (a): A candidate who is regarded as a local candidate for the purpose of Admission into Undergraduate (MBBS) in the state of Telangana, but has studied in a State wide Institution outside the state of Telangana, shall also be regarded as a Local candidate.

Explanation (b): A candidate, who has secured Admission to the relevant Undergraduate course (MBBS) under Non-Local Quota in the State of Telangana, shall not be regarded as Local candidate.

B. Candidate should have qualified in NEET-PG-2025 by securing marks of Cut-off score or above as displayed above.

C. Candidate should have passed MBBS/ Equivalent Degree examination from a Medical Institution in Telangana State/ Siddartha Medical College, Vijayawada (State wide institution) recognized by the National Medical Commission.

D. Candidates who hold recognized Medical Degree should have obtained Permanent Registration from Telangana State Medical Council after completing compulsory rotating internship.

E. MBBS Graduates should have completed internship on or before 31-07-2025. from recognized Medical Colleges (by NMC).

F. In case of In-service candidates, Government service rendered shall be calculated as on 31-08-2025.

G. Candidates from other states are not eligible for Competent Authority Quota seats.

H. Candidates who are studying Postgraduate Degree/Diploma and DNB courses are not eligible to apply for Postgraduate Degree/Diploma courses.

I. The candidates qualified in NEET-PG-2025 examination with the following cutoff scores and above as per Notice of National Board of Examinations, New Delhi are eligible to apply.

Note: If a candidate is found to have submitted false information or concealed any relevant information regarding this matter, such candidate is liable to be disqualified for admission and in case already admitted, the admission shall be cancelled. Further disciplinary action against him/her shall be initiated by the University as per rules.

RESERVATIONS

15%, 10%, 29% seats of Post Graduate Degree and Diploma Courses are reserved for SC (SC-1%, SC2- 9%, SC3-5%), ST-10% and BC (BC-A-7%, BC-B-10%, BC-C1%, BC-D-7% and BC-E-4%) categories respectively.

Candidates claiming reservations under SC/ST/BC categories shall upload latest social status certificate issued by the Competent Authority of Government of Telangana as specified in the application form. Candidates claiming reservations under SC/ST/BC categories shall be eligible only for the castes included under the approved list of SC/ST/BC categories notified by the Government of Telangana.

Minority Medical Colleges seats are reserved for Muslim Minority category candidates only.

33 1/3 % of seats shall be reserved for women and 5% seats shall be reserved for Persons with Disabilities (PWD) candidates respectively, which are horizontal reservations for the Post Graduate Degree and Diploma Courses.

Note: The regulations of Medical Council of India/NMC shall be implemented in admissions of the candidates under Persons with Disability (PWD) category.

The candidate seeking admission under PWD reservation should apply under PWD Category.

The Medical Board constituted by the University as per the Government Orders issued as Rules for admission into Post Graduate courses. The Medical Board shall assess the percentage of disability as per Medical Council of India/NMC regulations. Candidates claiming reservation under PWD quota should present themselves before the Board constituted by the University for evaluation of PWD percentage and confirmation of eligibility. The decision of Medical Board specially constituted for this purpose is final and binding on the candidates. The schedule for evaluation by the Medical Board shall be displayed on KNRUHS website.

SERVICE QUOTA RESERVATION:

20% of seats in Postgraduate clinical broad specialties and 30% of the seats in Postgraduate Pre and Para clinical broad specialties for Degree and Diploma courses are reserved for in-service candidates under Service Quota which are horizontal reservations. Eligibility criteria for In-service candidates are as notified in G.O.Ms.No.155, HM&FW, Dated: 18-11-2021.

ONLINE APPLICATIONS

The on-line application form for determining merit position in respective categories for Competent Authority Quota seats using NEET- PG -2025 rank shall be available on the website from 08.00 AM on 01-10-2025 up to 05.00 PM on 08-10-2025 only.

Registration and processing Fee for PG Degree/Diploma courses: The Registration and processing fee of Rs.5500/- (Bank transaction charges extra) is for OC & BC candidates and Rs.5000/- (Bank transaction charges extra) for SC/ST candidates. The fee shall be paid online through Debit card / Credit card or Net Banking. ** ** Registration and processing fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted to a further date.

Therefore, candidates are advised to check eligibility criteria thoroughly before applying for determining merit position in respective categories for State quota seats as per NEET PG - 2025 scores

The candidate should fill the online application form available in the website with the data required through any computer with internet connection. The candidate is advised to fill the online application form after going through the Prospectus and by keeping all the Certificates, Scanned Photo and Signature in the jpg/.gif format separately (as shown below) (step-1) ready. Candidates shall enter his/her correct data and upload the photo, signature and original certificates after the payment of registration and verification fee through Online.

PROCEDURE OF FILLING ONLINE APPLICATION, UPLOADING OF CERTIFICATES AND PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE PAYMENT PROCEDURE TO FILL ONLINE APPLICATION CERTIFICATES REQUIRED BEFORE FILLING THE APPLICATION FORM ON-LINE

The following Certificates are required to complete the application process. Certificates marked as mandatory shall be uploaded by every candidate. Other certificates are to be uploaded as per the candidate requirement category. The certificates are to be scanned and kept ready to upload. Application fee has to be paid through online.

8 NEET PG – 2025 – ADMIT CARD. (Mandatory) pdf 500 KB

Open the website Home page displayed as follows.

There are 4 steps to register for PG admission program i.e

a. Mobile and Email Registration,

b. Candidate Registration (Payment of fee),

c. Updating of data

d. Uploading of Certificates.

2. Monitor Resolution to be set to maximum, Best viewed in 1920 X1080 pixels

3. Click on the Mobile and Email Registration. The candidate should have a valid /working Mobile and Email Id. OTP shall be sent to registered Mobile and Email Id at different stages. The candidate should keep the Mobile and Email Id active till completions of the counselling process. The candidate has to enter OTP’s received to mobile and Email Id for registration and Verification of Mobile and Email Id.

4. After entering the details click on validate button.

5. If all the details entered are correct and verified with OTP’s your system shall display a successful message and proceed to registration form

6. Registration Form appears in which Candidate has to give the details.

7. After entering the details click on validate button it shall take you to the Payment Gate way for payment fee.

8. If all the details entered are correct your system shall display payment reference number Button to proceed for payment. Depending on your caste category the Registration fee is varied. Once paid you shall not get any refund. Hence, you are requested to double check the eligibility conditions mentioned in the Prospectus yourself and pay the fee.

9. Now you shall be directed to the Payment Gateway,

10. Select mode of payment

After payment you shall receive a Successful Payment message on the screen and you shall receive the Registration number to your mobile and email. Please note down the registration number for further correspondence Do not refresh or close the page until you shall receive a Successful Payment message It may take few seconds to processes the payment and verify the details wait patiently.

11. For updating the details of the candidate enter Roll Number and the Registration number and click on validate button to enter into the Application form.

12. The application form shall be displayed as shown below. You have to fill the details and upload Passport Size Photo and Signature(Note: Scanned photo and Signature should be less than 100 KB and in JPEG or JPG format)

13. After filling the form, click on Save and Exit Button. This process can be repeated till all the data you entered are correct. Then click on Upload Certificates Button to proceed for document attachments.

14. Click Upload Certificates. You shall be directed to upload Scanned PDF Certificates (Note: The size of each PDF document should be less than 500 KB)

15. After uploading all the required certificates, Click on Print Application, You shall get your filled in application form, take printout of this form for further assistance.
