NEET PG, MDS Admissions: BFUHS notifies on special stray vacancy round, registrations begin today, Details
Faridkot: Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS) has announced the conduction of a special stray vacancy round for PG Medical and Dental courses. The detailed counseling schedule has been released.
Detailed schedule –
1. Date for fresh online registration/application and deposition of application and security deposit and submission of willingness - 25.11.23 to 27.11.23
2. Last date of correction/editing in online filled application form. - 27.11.2023
3. Submission of preferences/choices of college/specialty in the PDF format as per performa/ specimen available on the University website and upload the same by logging into his/her registration ID - 25.11.23 to 27.11.23
4. Processing of seat allotment/Display of Provisional allotment/Result - 28.11.2023
5. The provisionally selected candidates will pay the balance amount of the fee (Six month fee after deducting the amount of the security deposit) through the University Payment Gateway available on the University website and will report to the respective allotted college for joining - 30.11.2023
Application fee –
Rs.5000+18%GST (Rs.5900) and Rs. 2500+18%GST (Rs. 2950 for SC candidates)
The amount of security to be deposited for submitting willingness will be as under –
1. For Government colleges - Rs. 25000/- (half for SC/BC)
2. For both Govt. &Private Colleges — Rs. 2,00,000/-
3. For Private Colleges — Rs. 2,00,000/-
After the last date of correction, the application will be locked automatically. Once information is filled and locked, it will not be allowed to change in any round of counseling. Candidates are advised to fill out the Performa of college/specialty carefully, as the university will entertain no request to alter/change in the performa after submission.
If a candidate is allotted a seat in the Special Stray round, he has to join the allotted seat/college. If the candidate does not join the allotted seat, he/she shall be debarred from the NEET examination for 01 Year, along with forfeiture of fees. Upgradation is not allowed in this round.
Eligibility –
1. Candidates who have not registered for the Special Stray Vacancy Round.
2. Candidate joined/holding any seat at the time of the Special Stray Vacancy Round.
3. Candidates allotted a seat in Round 3, Stray Round, and NOT REPORTED.
The candidates who will be allotted seats by MCC in the Special Stray Vacancy Round of All India Quota will be debarred from the Punjab State Special Stray Vacancy Round.
