NEET PG, MDS Counselling: Maha CET Cell Issues Clarification On eligibility for subsequent rounds after state MOP UP Round
Maharashtra: Through a recent notice, the Government of Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell (MAHACET) has issued a Clarification on eligibility for subsequent rounds who have been allotted a seat during State MOP UP Round
"There are various queries raised by the candidates regarding eligibility for subsequent rounds who have been allotted a seat during MOP UP Round. In view of this it is made clear that if a candidate is a allotted as seat during State MOP UP Round, such a candidate is not eligible for any further round including Stray Vacancy Round (Online & Offline). This as per notification of MCI No.MCI-18 (1)/2018 Med./100818 dated 05/04/2018 and advisory issued by DGHS, New Delhi Ref.U-12021/06/2021- MEC, dated 16/03/2022 along with order of Hon'ble Supreme Court in W.P.No.174 of 2022 dated 30/03/2022," stated the notice.
