NEET SS Counselling 2024: MCC further extends Round-1 Reporting Deadline

New Delhi- The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has further extended the reporting for Round-1 of the National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Super Speciality (NEET SS) for the academic year 2024
As per the notice issued by the MCC in this regard, MCC of DGHS, MoHFW has receipt many requests from the candidates of Tamil Nadu and other states as candidates have been allotted seats during All India Quota (AIQ) Counselling of NEET SS 2024, but are not able to join the allotted seats as the original documents are held by respective institutions following the bond policy applicable therein.
Hence, a template has been prepared on the basis of which provisional admission may be given to the candidates. Accordingly, the reporting for Round-1 of NEET SS 2024 has been extended till tomorrow, i.e. 30 May 2025.
Prior to this, MCC had extended the reporting process for Round 1 of the NEET SS Counselling 2024 upto 05:00 PM of 28th May, 2025. The extension was done as MCC received many requests from the candidates regarding the extension of the reporting date.
Meanwhile, the NEET SS 2024 counselling round 2 will begin from June 2, 2025. Below are the details-
ROUND-2
a Fresh New Registration for Round-2 for those candidates who
i Have not registered in Round-1 (with full payment of fees).
ii Have not reported in Round-1, will have to register again (with full payment of fees).
b Fresh Choice filling Round-2.
c Process of Seat Allotment Round-1.
d Publication of results of Round-2 on the MCC website.
e Reporting at the allotted Medical College/institute against Round 2.
*Round-2 will be an Upgradation Round. Candidates desirous of upgrading their seats from Round-1 will have to exercise fresh choice filling to upgrade in Round-2.
