NTRUHS Informs on Verification Process For Scouts, Guide Categories, Seat Sharing Among 35% Intake For MBBS, BDS Admissions
Andhra Pradesh: Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS) informed about the verification process for scouts and guide category for MBBS and BDS admission. The updated information on seat sharing among 35% of the intake of Category-B seats & No. Of Category -C seats (15% of intake) have also been released.
The candidates who have registered under the above category will have to attend physically with all original sports & games certificates and backup certificates along with one set of Xerox copies from 10.00 am onwards on 1st November 2022 at Silver Jubilee Block, 2nd Floor, Dr NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada.
The candidates note that if they do not appear at the verification as per schedule will not be considered category. The list of candidates has also been released. A total of 51 candidates have applied for the above quota.

A total of 2478 seats are allotted for MBBS and BDS.

Eligibility for NEET UG –
1. The candidates should secure the cutoff scores in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) UG -2022, conducted by the National Testing Agency, New Delhi, as per section (10) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
2. The candidate should have passed Intermediate (10+2 pattern) or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany, Zoology)/ Biotechnology and English.
3. The candidate should have completed 17 years as of 31-12-2022.
The Dr NTR University Of Health Sciences was inaugurated in the year 1986. The 1st chancellor of the university was the late N.T.Ramarao. The university offers various UG, PG, Super Speciality, and PhD. & PDF Courses in Modern Medicine, Dental Surgery, Ayurveda, Unani, Homeopathy, Naturopathy, Nursing, Physiotherapy, and Para Medical Graduate Courses in its affiliated colleges. The degrees awarded by the university are recognized by professional statutory bodies, including the Medical Council of India, the Dental Council of India, the Central Council of Indian Medicine, the Central Council of Homoeopathy, and the Indian Nursing Council.
