NTRUHS notifies on Mop up round for competent authority quota, 262 MBBS seats available

Andhra Pradesh: Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS), Andhra Pradesh, has issued a notice regarding the Phase III (Mop-up Round) of web-based counselling for admission into the MBBS course under the Competent Authority Quota for the academic year 2025-26.
According to the university, a total of 262 seats are available for allotment in this round, which includes vacancies arising after the completion of Phase-II, free exits, and newly permitted seats. The following is herewith notified in connection with Phase-III web-based counselling for admission into the MBBS course under Competent Authority Quota seats for the Academic Year 2025-26-

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
1 Candidates will receive the message on their registered mobile after allotment of a seat, if a seat is allotted. The candidates are also instructed to visit the website for the status of allotment.
2 Candidates who are allotted a seat in Phase-III (Mop-up round) of counselling have to report to the allotted college compulsorily within the prescribed schedule with all original certificates, provisional allotment order and provisional verification copy and pay the tuition fee and college fee and cannot resign the seat allotted.
3 Classes have already commenced from 22 September 2025 for the MBBS Course, 2025-26.
4 Candidate can download the provisional allotment order on payment of University Fee Rs 10,600/- through the payment gateway. The students can view the college-wise list of selected candidates on the website. Candidates who were allotted in the Phase-I or Phase-II and paid the university fee need not pay again.
5 Candidates who have been allotted a seat must report physically at the allotted college within the reporting schedule by downloading the allotment order on payment of the University fee of Rs 10,600/- along with all original certificates and pay the tuition fee to complete the admission process, failing which the candidate will forfeit the admission.
6 The University fee once paid shall not be refunded or adjusted to a future date under any circumstances.
7 If the joined candidate of Phase-I/Phase-II slides to another college during Phase-III of counselling, the original certificates will be sent to the newly allotted college by the previous college after closure of admissions. The candidate has to report to the re-allotted college with the downloaded allotment order and the custodian certificate issued by the previous college under Dr NTRUHS and to pay the tuition fee to complete the admission process, failing which the candidate will forfeit the admission. Relieving the order of the previous college is not necessary.
8 Verification of original certificates will be conducted at the college during admission and in case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled and action will be initiated as per University regulations.
9 There will be no upgradation or Free Exit after Phase-III of counselling.
10 Candidates allotted a seat under the Competent Authority in Phase-III will not be allowed to opt for Phase-III of Management Quota counselling and further counselling.
