NTRUHS to close new applications portal for MBBS, BDS Management quota seats under special stray round

In this regard, Dr NTRUHS has released a notification detailing the schedule, list of documents, seat details, fees and instructions for the candidates. According to the schedule, the new online application process under the special stray round of counselling for admission into the MBBS course (For CAT -C (NRI) only & BDS course (for CAT-B & CAT-C(NRI)) of management quota 2025-26 began from 26 December 2025 till 31 December 2025.

LIST OF CERTIFICATES / DOCUMENTS TO BE UPLOADED

The candidates are required to upload the following scanned original certificates on the official website of Dr NTRUHS. The verification of eligibility will be done based on the uploaded certificates and documents in the absence of the candidates. A custodian certificate will not be accepted.

1 NEET UG 2025 Rank Card.

2 Birth Certificate (SSC Marks Memo).

3 Qualifying Exam Certificate (Intermediate Marks Memo (OR) Equivalent – Grade Certificate not Accepted).

4 Study Certificates from 6 th class to Intermediate in respect of the local candidates of Andhra Pradesh State who are claiming Category-B2 seats.

5 Transfer Certificate (Intermediate).

6 Caste Certificate (If qualified under the category).

7 Minority Certificate (Muslim Only) (If applicable).

8 Photo identity proof (Aadhar).

9 PwD Certificate (If applicable).

10 Documents required for NRI quota seats (If applicable).

11 Candidate’s Latest passport size Photo.

12 Specimen Signature of the Candidate.

FEES

The selected candidates have to download the allotment order by paying the University fee of Rs 65,600/- through the Payment Gateway by using the online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking) and report to the Principal of the allotted college compulsorily along with the allotment order and original certificates before the date specified in the allotment order and pay the prescribed tuition fee at college, such candidate cannot resign the seat allotted. Meanwhile, Rs 9000/- (Without GST) for new registration and Rs 5000/- (in respect of Cat-B to NRI Status).

INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES

1 The Application submitted for Competent Authority (Convenor) Quota seats will not be considered for Management Quota seats.

2 The online application must be filled out from a desktop or laptop with an internet connection.

3 The Application and Processing fee, including verification fe,e including late fees, if any, once paid will not be refunded or adjusted to a further date. The fee is non–refundable. Hence, interested candidates are advised to check their eligibility before applying.

4 Online application form without uploading mandatory Certificates, Passport size photo, signature, incomplete information will be automatically rejected and will not be considered for determining the Merit position in respective categories using NEET-UG-2025 Rank.

6 The mere fact that the Merit position issued to the candidate does not imply that the candidature is accepted by the University and it does not mean that the entries made by the candidate in the online application are accepted as true and correct.

7 If the information furnished by the candidate in the application is incorrect or false or if forged certificates/documents are found, during the admission process or later, then the University will take action that it deems fit as per rules against the candidate including cancellation of seat, in case already admitted, without any notice. Further action against such candidate will be taken by the University.

8 An ineligible candidate obtaining a merit position does not make the candidate eligible for admission.

9 Candidates will receive the message regarding allotment of seats, if a seat is allotted.
