Vijaywada: Online Applications are invited by Dr NTR University of Health Sciences from qualified candidates in NEET PG 2021 for admissions into Management (S1, S2 & S3) seats in PG (Medical) Courses for the academic year 2021-22 in Un–Aided Non–Minority and Minority Private Medical Colleges in the State of Andhra Pradesh. Candidates from Other States and Union Territories are also eligible.

The duration of P.G. Diploma courses is 2 years and P.G. Degree courses is 3 years from the date of commencement of the course. In case of students having a recognized two year Post Graduate Diploma course in a subject selected for PG Degree in the same subject, then the period of training including the period of examination, shall be two years. If the break of study is more than three months the candidate has to apply to the University through the Principal/Dean of the college. The University can give permission to the candidate to complete the course as per Rules based on evidences produced by the candidate for the break of study.

All the concerned candidates who intend to pursue PG medical courses from Dr NTR Universiyt of Health sciences affiliated medical colleges are advised to take note of the eligibility criteria, application process, fee and other pertinent admission details so as to avoid any confusion while applying.

The last date of applications is set to be at 05.00 PM on 15-01-2022, so candidates are advised to register by then.

Note: The fee structure in Private Unaided Non-Minority Colleges is as per G.O.Ms.No.56, HM&FW (C1) Dept., Dt.29-05.2020 as per the directions of the Hon'ble High Court in W.P.No.10159 of 2020 and batch, dt.09-07-2020, which is read as "to permit the petitioners/students to pay fee fixed by the Regulatory authority by executing bond in the proforma prescribed by the Andhra Pradesh Private Medical and Dental Colleges Managements Association within the specified time as notified by Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada".

Eligibility:

THE CANDIDATES WHO FULFILLED THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA ARE ELIGIBLE:

• Candidates should have passed MBBS from a recognized Medical College / University.

• NEET PG – 2021 CUT OFF SCORE DETAILS: The candidates qualified in NEET PG-2021 examination with the following cutoff scores and above are eligible to apply.

• Candidates should have completed internship by 30-09-2021

• The candidate shall produce certificate of registration with Medical Council of India/ Any State Medical Council

Note: Lower percentage/percentile of marks for SC/ST/BC/OBC/PwD is only for eligibility purpose and will not be applicable for reservations as there are no reservation quota for these categories as per G.O.Ms.No.70, HM&FW (C1) Dept., dated 03-05-2017.

a) Schedule for counselling i.e., exercising of Web options etc., will be notified separately in the University Website only as per the Regulations of University

/ Orders of Government of AP from time to time. No individual communication will be sent. Candidates are informed to check the website http://ntruhs.ap.nic.in regularly for notifications.

 Management Quota Seats (as per G.O.Ms.No.70, HM&FW (C1) Dept., Dt: 03-05-2017 as amended in G.O.Ms.No.75, HM&FW (C1) Dept., dated 06-05-2017.

 50% of Seats in each speciality in each college are Management Quota Seats.

The Seats are categorised into

1. Management Quota Category – B (S1) – 25%,

2. Category – C (NRI- S2) – 15%

3. Category –C (Institutional Preference – S3) – 10%.

 Candidates from all the States and Union territories of India (All over India) are eligible for Management Quota Category – B (S1) – 25% seats

 Category–C–NRI(S2): shall be filled with Foreign students/NRI / NRI Sponsored candidates on the basis of inter se Merit among the applicants qualified in NEET PG-2021.

 Category – C– Institutional Quota(S3): shall be filled with the candidates sponsored by the Managements of the Private Un – Aided Non – Minority and Minority Medical Colleges having Post Graduate Course in the State of Andhra Pradesh. The requirements for the Institutional Quota are:

1. The candidates who have completed MBBS in that particular Institution.

2. Son or Daughter of the employee working in that particular Institution.

3. Employee of that particular Institution.

4. The Employee should have a minimum of 6 months experience in that particular Institution and presently working in the same Institution (Proof to be produced)

Note: If a candidate is found to have submitted false information or concealed any relevant information such candidate is liable to be disqualified for admission and in case already admitted, the admission will be cancelled. Further disciplinary action against him/her will be taken by the University/respective institution. Legal issues if any shall be under the High Court of Judicature for the State of Andhra Pradesh.

• If the candidate is having a Medical qualification equivalent to MBBS (Primary Medical qualification) from outside India, the Degree should have been recognized by Medical Council of India for enrolment as Practitioner in the Country.

• Candidate must have Permanent Registration with Medical Council of India or any State Medical Council.

• Candidates must pay equivalency verification fee as specified in the regulations along with the registration fee. The fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted to a future date. Therefore, candidates are advised to check eligibility conditions thoroughly before applying for determining merit.

Applications through Online:

The On-line Application Form (Single Application Form) for determining Merit Position in respective categories - Category – B (S1) & Category-C- NRI (S2)/ Institutional Quota(S3) will be available on the website https://pg.ntruhsadmissions.com/MQPG/ from 11.00 AM on 01-01-2022 to 05.00 PM on 15-01-2022.

Note: The candidates are advised to take a print out of the Prospectus to fill the application form from the website http://ntruhs.ap.nic.in before proceeding to fill the application form.

• The candidate should fill the online application form available on the Website with the data required-for, through internet.

• The Online Application Form can be filled through any computer with internet connection (Home/Internet Cafe/Net Centre).

• The candidate is advised to fill the Online Application Form after going through the prospectus by keeping all the Certificates ready to enter his/her correct data.

Procedure of filling online application and Procedure for online payment:

1. Read the Notification, Prospectus carefully.

2. Keep the following ready:

(a) Latest passport size photo

(b) Admit card and Score Card – NEET PG 2021.

(c) Original Degree/Provisional copy of MBBS

(d) Aadhar Card

(e) Study Certificate(s) of MBBS

(f) Latest Social Status certificate in case of BC/SC/ST candidates issued by Competent Authority, if applicable.

(g) Muslim Minority Certificate issued by Competent Authority, if applicable.

(h) Internship completion certificate

(i) Valid Medical Council Registration Certificate.

(j) Permanent Medical Registration Certificate is mandatory if the candidate has obtained Degree Certificate from outside the country.

(k) Candidates claiming NRI Quota Should submit the following documents:

1. NRI Sponsorship Letter (Sub-Category 2 as per the Annexure II).

2. Proof of documents to be submitted:

Declaration (given at Annexure-II in the Prospectus) on White Paper signed by both the candidate and NRI along with evidential documents such as Green Card/Citizenship Card/Bank Statements/Pass-port issued by the respective Country/Electricity Bill/Gas Bill /Water Bill.(Visa / Driving license will not be accepted)

(l) Sponsorship Certificate from College for Institutional Quota (S3) (Annexure-III).

3. The fee can be paid through Debit card /Credit card or Net Banking.

4. The fee paid by the applicants is non refundable and will not be adjusted to a future date under any circumstances.

1. Open the website https://pg.ntruhsadmissions.com/MQPG/ Home page is displayed as below.

2. Click on the Register button.

3.Registration Form appears in which Candidate has to give the details to register.

4. click on Register button. The following screen appears. Then enter OTP. Now click on Submit button.

5. Then you are redirected to Login page as below. Fill all the details and click on Submit & Preview button.

6. Now Click on Submit & Pay and do payment.

7. After payment you will receive a Successful payment message

8. Now click on Continue to Upload documents.

9. Now Click on Submit button

10. Take Print out of the Application and produce the same in the admitted college.

FEE PARTICULARS FOR ON-LINE REGISTRATION:

The Registration & Processing fee including 18% GST

1. The candidates who acquired their MBBS Degree from Dr.NTR UHS, Vijayawada/KNR UHS, Warangal/SVIMS, Tirupati/GIMSR, Vizag shall pay ₹.7,080/- ( i.e., ₹.3,500/- + ₹2,500 + GST 18%)

The Registration fee, Processing fee & Equivalency fee including 18% GST:

1. The candidates who acquired their MBBS Degree outside the AP/TS State shall pay ₹.10,620/- ( i.e., ₹.3,500/- + 2,500 + 3,000 + GST 18%)

2. The candidates who acquired their MBBS Degree in Abroad/Foreign Country shall pay ₹.15,340/- ( i.e., ₹.3,500/- + 2,500 + 7,000 + GST 18%)

Merit Lists:

The Merit Position of the candidates those who have applied through online in response to the notification issued by Dr.NTR University of Health Sciences for Management Quota Seats shall be determined by NEET PG - 2021 scores and as per their eligibility criteria, applicable regulations, guidelines.

The University will release final merit position of eligible candidates for exercising web options after verification of uploaded scanned certificates.

There are No Reservations for SC / ST/ BC /OBC in all the Categories of the Management Quota Seats.

All the selected candidates shall pay the Non – Refundable University Fee of ₹.49,600/-.

PG – Medical Courses:

a) Tuition Fee for Management Quota seats (Category – B- S1):

a) Pre-Clinical Degree - Rs.1,22,400/-per annum

b) Para-Clinical Degree/Diploma - Rs.2,70,000/-per annum

c) Clinical Degree - Rs.8,64,000/-per annum

b) Tuition Fee for (Category - C): NRI (S2)/Institutional Quota (S3)

a) Pre-Clinical Degree - Rs.8,00,000/-per annum

b) Para-Clinical Degree/Diploma - Rs.15,00,000/-per annum

c) Clinical Degree - Rs.50,00,000/-per annum

CLOSURE OF ADMISSIONS:The admissions shall be closed on the date as notified by the University. Any vacancy as on the date of closure of admissions shall not be filled. They will not be carried forward to the next year as per the directions of Supreme Court of India.
