PG Medical Admissions in Rajasthan: Check out Extended Schedule for Round 2 Counseling
Rajasthan- The Rajasthan Counselling Board has issued an extended schedule regarding the Security deposit and online choice filling for NEET PG Round 2 Candidates.
In continuation to the notification dated 21.12.2024, extended dates for deposition of security deposit and on-line choice filling for MD/MS, Post MBBS DNB and Post MBBS Diploma courses in Rajasthan, will be as below:
Deposition of security deposit and on-line choice filling (Round 2)
Deposition of security amount (refer the Instructions Booklet for details) Candidates who have deposited requisite security amount in Round 1, need not deposit in Round 2. | 01.01.2025 to 02.01.2025 (4.00 PM) |
On-line choice filling locking of the choices by the candidates (including filling up and saving of the choices / changing the filled choices multiple times) Note: Choice filled by candidate in Round 1 will not be considered for Round 2 allotment. Following candidates, who wish to participate in Round 2, must fill choices: 1. Earlier registered candidates who did not get allotment in Round 1 OR got allotment in Round 1 but did not join or resigned after joining 2. Joined candidates of Round 1 who wish to upgrade 3. Newly registered candidates While filling the choices for round 2, participating candidates must remember to fill the choices also for the virtual vacancies that may arise due to upgradation by a joined candidate of round 1. Note: Joined candidates of Round 1 who do not wish to upgrade and wish to retain their Round 1 seat need not fill choices in Round 2. | 01.01.2025 to 03.01.2025 (11.45 pm) (choices autolocked at 11.45 pm on 03.01.2025) |

The candidates are advised to visit the websites regularly for registration and other relevant information. Important: For candidates willing to participate/upgrade in Round 2, it is mandatory to fill fresh choices in Round 2 (irrespective of whether the candidate was allotted/joined a seat in Round 1 or not). The choices filled by candidate in Round 1 shall be scraped and will not be considered for Round 2. If a candidate does not fill fresh choices for Round 2, then he/she will not be considered for allotment/upgradation in Round 2.
