Telangana : The KNRUHS has recently issues a Notification for Exercising web options for second phase counselling of PG Medical Degree/Diploma Admissions under Management Quota into Medical Colleges Affiliated to KNRUHS.

KNRUHS hereby notifies the conduct of 2nd phase of web- based counseling for allotment of the vacant Post Graduate seats after 1st phase of counseling under Management Quota MQ1 and NRI quota for admission into PG Medical Degree / Diploma courses for the academicyear 2021-22 in Private Non-Minority and Minority Medical colleges in Telangana State affiliated to KNRUHS.

All the eligible candidates whose names are displayed in the Provisional final merit list for PG Medical Degree/ Diploma admissions can exercise from 4.00 PM on 05-03-2022 to 2.00 PM on 07-03-2022.

Candidates who have been allotted seats in the first phase of counseling for Management quota and who have not joined the course or discontinued the course after joining are not eligible for exercising web options. Candidates who have joined the course in AIQ and whose names are in the list provided by MCC are also not eligible for exercising web options.

As per the candidates registration and eligibility for MQ-1, MQ-2 (NRI) categories, Candidates will have to exercise web options for the Post Graduate Medical seats as per their priority through https://pvttspgmed.tsche.in and allotments will be done accordingly.

NOTE:. Candidates are informed that they will be considered only to the category / categories to which they have registered.

UNIVERSITY FEE: Allotted Candidates have to pay University fee of Rs.49,600/- by way of payment gate-way on-line and down-load the allotment letter. Candidates who have already paid the University fee need not pay again.

TUITION FEE: Tuition fee is to be paid at respective Medical colleges. The tuition fee payable shall be as notified by Government of Telangana orders and as per relevant Hon'ble High Court orders.

NOTE:

The details of vacant seats available (seat matrix) in all Medical Colleges affiliated to KNRUHS are placed in the website http://knruhs.telangana.gov.in The candidates can exercise web options for PG Medical Degree / Diploma seats under KNRUHS through https://pvttspgmed.tsche.in .

Instructions to Candidates:

Eligible NEET-PG-2021 qualified Candidates as per provisional final merit list for Management Quota can exercise web options for Post Graduate Degree / Diploma seats in all Medical colleges as per their interest and priority for MQ1 and NRI categories(as per eligibility).

Candidates exercising web options for PG Medical Degree / Diploma courses are informed that, there is no limit of choices (number) for exercising web options, candidates can exercise options for any number of subjects and colleges the candidate is interested to join as per eligibility and registration.

Candidates are advised to exercise web options for PG seats in all courses and colleges in which they are interested to join irrespective of vacancies in seat matrix displayed as sliding vacancies will arise during counseling process due to sliding of candidates allotted seats in previous phase to other seats as per their options in the Second Phase .

Candidates are informed that if they are not interested to change the course or college into which they are admitted in the first phase of counselling they need not exercise web options for this phase.

Management Quota MQ-1 & MQ-2 (NRI) seats in Minority Medical Colleges will be allotted to Muslim Minority Candidates only. If Muslim Minority Candidates are not available, the seats will be allotted to Non-Muslim Minority Candidates in the Mop up Phase of Counseling. Muslim Minority Candidates are also eligible for Management Quota seats in other Medical Colleges.

Candidates have to exercise options for MQ1 seats and if eligible for MQ2 (NRI) seats in order of priority for course and college. Allotments will be made according to the order of preference in the web options exercised by the candidate. Candidates have to exercise options very carefully as per their priority.

IMPORTANT NOTE : CANDIDATES ARE INFORMED THAT IF THEY EXERCISE WEB- OPTIONS FOR A SEAT AND ALLOTTED A SEAT AS PER THEIR CHOICE IN THE WEB- COUNSELING AND IF THEY DO NOT JOIN THE COURSE AT THE ALLOTTED COLLEGE THEN THEY WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR EXERCISING WEB - OPTIONS FOR SUBSEQUENT ROUNDS OF COUNSELING TO PREVENT SEAT BLOCKING.

Candidates can exercise options on the web either from home / any other place having internet facility.

One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the registered mobile at the time of saving web options. The password consists of SIX letter code with English capitals A to Z (for details read instructions to the candidates before giving options.

The selected candidates shall download the allotment letter from website after payment of the University fee by gateway method by using Online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking), check their allotment and report to the Principal of allotted college on or before the date specified on the allotment letter.

Candidates are hereby informed that final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the college of admission and in case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled and action may be initiated as per University Regulations.

Selected candidates have to report at the respective colleges before the last date for joining as specified in the allotment letter, submit all original certificates, relevant bonds and pay the tuition fee / college fee to complete the process of admission. Candidates who have slided from one course/college to other course/college have to get relieved from the joined seat of first phase, collect the original certificates, tuition fee and report to the Principal at the college allotted before the last date of joining as specified in the allotment letter in this phase of counseling to complete the process of admission.

If the candidate does not fulfill the above criteria to complete the admission process within the specified date the admission will be cancelled automatically and the candidate will not be permitted to exercise web options for subsequent rounds to prevent seat blocking.

Candidates allotted seat under NRI Quota should produce the relevant sponsorship letter from NRI relative in Original along with copy of passport/ Residence Proof/Bank Statement or pass book of sponsor for NRI Category at respective colleges.

Original certificates will not be returned to the candidate, unless the candidate discontinues the course before the last date for free exit to be notified by the University on its website for Management Quota or slides to other college during subsequent phase of counseling under Management Quota .

Candidates will have to pay discontinuation fee of Rs. 20 lakhs and will also be debarred for 3 years from participating in the PG admission process of KNRUHS, if they discontinue the course after the last date of free exit as notified by the University. If they discontinue after last date for free exit and before closure of admission it will be considered as being involved in seat blocking and the original certificates also will be returned after closure of admissions after payment of penalty amount.

Allotment for vacant seats in Institutional quota will be done after all the relevant sponsorship letters for institutional quota are received by the University from all the Medical Colleges.

The University fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
