Rajasthan Counselling Board Revises Stray Vacancy Round Schedule for PG medical admissions

Rajasthan Counselling Board Revises Stray Vacancy Round Schedule for MD/MS, DNB, Diploma Courses 2024.

Rajasthan- The Rajasthan Counselling Board has revised the stray vacancy round allotment process schedule for MD/MS, Post MBBS DNB and Post MBBS Diploma courses in Rajasthan for the academic year 2024. In this regard, the board has released the revised schedule for the candidates willing to appear for the counselling.

As per the revised schedule of the stray vacancy round 2024 allotment process for MD/MS, Post MBBS DNB and Post MBBS Diploma courses in Rajasthan, today i.e. 01st March 2025 the verification of Disability certificate of all persons with disabilities (PwD), candidates of all categories will be done.

The provisional seat matrix will be published, the printing of the online application form after auto-locking the choices filled and saved by the candidates will also be done by today.

After this, tomorrow i.e. 02nd March 2025 the provisional allotment list will be published and the printing of the allotment letter, online, through the website by the candidates will be done.

Verification, Allotment and Reporting by State NEET PG 2024 Registered Eligible Sr. Demonstrator candidates for In-Service Quota (sub-quota), (before the Board, at Academic Block, SMS Medical College, Jaipur) All such candidates must present themselves physically along with all original relevant documents (only candidates who have deposited security amount).

Publication of Provisional Seat Matrix (after SD allotment).

Printing of the online application form after auto-locking of the choices filled and saved by the candidates.

Deposition of prescribed one-year tuition fee by allotted candidates through NEFT and RTGS only (No other mode of fee deposition will be accepted).

Reporting at the allotted college desk at Academic Block, SMS Medical College, Jaipur along with a printout of the allotment letter and completion of all other formalities, required bonds etc. and 2 copies of the application form along with Self-attested photocopies (one set) of all relevant documents.

Returning of Documents to candidates who have not been allotted a seat in stray vacancy round.

For participation in the stray vacancy round, candidates must present physically for document verification and submit all relevant original documents, to the board within the stipulated time. Candidates whose documents are not verified and who do not submit his / her original documents, will not be allowed to participate in the stray vacancy round.

Candidate shall also submit a bond in the prescribed format mentioning that-

i He/she will join the course within the stipulated period.

ii If he/she does not join the course, he/she will be liable to pay an amount equal to the fee of the entire course of the allotted college, to the allotted college.

iii If he/she fails to comply with the above conditions, his/her original documents will be retained by the allotted college. In case of non-submission of bond, such candidate will not be allowed to participate in stray vacancy round.

All PwD candidates must present themselves physically for document verification before the admission board on the notified date. All Eligible Senior Demonstrators who have deposited the requisite security amount must present themselves physically with all applicable original documents for verification and allotment before the admission board.

State eligibility criteria shall be applicable up to round 3 allotment process. Any seat remaining vacant after round 3 shall be filled in a stray vacancy round without applying the state eligibility criteria. All vacant seats will be available for allotment to all eligible candidates. Hence, Candidates must fill in their choice for All India Quota Seats as well as State Quota Seats.

If a candidate is allotted a seat (fresh / upgraded) in round 3 of counselling and does not join the allotted seat, his/her security amount will be forfeited. Such a candidate shall not be eligible to participate in the stray vacancy round or any further rounds.

Candidate who joins the course on allotment of round 3 counselling or retains his or her seat (allotted in earlier round) in round 3 or a candidate who joins the course on allotment in stray vacancy round, shall not be allowed to resign from the course (including returning of original documents) on or before the last date of admissions as scheduled by MCC/NMC. Candidates allotted a seat in the All India Stray vacancy round are not eligible to participate in the State Stray vacancy round.

IMPORTANT POINTS

1 A candidate who deposits the applicable security amount and fills choices in the stipulated time but fails to present himself/herself for document verification and submission along with the requisite bond or his/her documents/bond are not found in order or has some deficiency of documents, then such a candidate will not be considered for allotments in Stray Vacancy round and his/her security amount will be refunded in due course of time.

2 If a candidate is allotted a seat in a stray vacancy round and does not join the allotted seat/college, he/she shall be debarred from participating in the State Counselling Process for the next one year, along with forfeiture of the security amount.
