Rajasthan: The Rajasthan state counselling body has released the schedule for State Medical PG Counselling (MD/MS)/Post MBBS DNB/Post MBBS Diploma allotments-2022 (Mop-up Round and Stray vacancy round, offline)

In continuation of earlier notifications, the mop-up round and stray vacancy(offline) allotment procedure for MD/MS, Post MBBS DNB and Post MBBS Diploma courses for Rajasthan State registered candidates, will be carried out off-line as per the schedule given below:

21.11.2022

Mop-up round and Stray vacancy round: On-line Application form filling for candidates who have not registered earlier as well as who became eligible due to reduction in qualifying percentile

Start date for filling of on-line application form and deposition of required application fee Those who are already registered/have applied need not register/apply again.

It is a mandatory step for subsequent process of registration and allotment.

Both the parts (Part 1 and Part 2) of the application form must be filled and completed.

Candidates who could not complete both the parts (Part 1 and Part 2) of the application form earlier, may also complete the same.

Note: A candidate allotted a seat in second round of counseling and has not joined the allotted seat and wish to participate in mop-up round / stray vacancy round, must fill fresh application and deposit the registration fee again.

From 21.11.2022

Mop-up round and Stray vacancy round: Last date for deposition of the application fee, on-line, by candidates

Upto 22.11.2022, 5.00 pm

Mop-up round and Stray vacancy round: Last date for submitting the on-line application form at the website

22.11.2022 11.45 pm

Mop-up round and Stray vacancy round: On-line deposition of registration amount as per forfeiture clause to participate in mop-up round / stray vacancy round

All candidates willing to participate must deposit (if not deposited earlier or whose registration amount was forfeited), on-line INR 25,000/- (INR 12,500 for SC/ST/OBC/MBC) for allotment in Govt. Medical Colleges and Govt. Societies colleges / RUHS Medical College and INR 2,00,000/- (for allotment in Private Medical colleges) before the point of allotment, failing which they will not be considered for admission on a seat in a college.

In Round 1 and Round 2, those candidates who deposited only INR 25,000/- or 12,500/- as the case may be and who filled choices of Govt. colleges only and now wish to opt for private colleges also (along with Govt. colleges) are required to deposit the difference amount of INR 175000 or INR 187500 (as the case may be) on-line before the point of allotment, failing which they will not be considered for admission on a seat in a private college.

No amount will be accepted at the spot.

25.11.2022 at 8.00 am

Mop-up round: Physical reporting and Seat allotment at the spot on the same day along with submission of all original documents before the Board at the venue RUHS College of Dental Sciences (GDC), Subhash Nagar,

25.11.2022 at 8.00 am (merit 1 to 3500 and

all SC, ST, STA, MBC, OBC, EWS, PwD upto last merit)

25.11.2022 at 11.00 am (merit 3501 onwards and candidates remaining on earlier day)

the Board at the venue RUHS College of Dental Sciences (GDC), Subhash Nagar, Behind T.B. Hospital, Jaipur

Stray vacancy round in Private Medical Colleges:

The list of registered candidates who opt for residual seats will be provided to the concerned colleges

Seats remaining vacant in private medical colleges to be filled at the level of concerned medical college by generating on-line allotment letter from the portal of counseling board

For admission on residual seats of private medical colleges, candidates are required to contact the concerned medical college directly

2.12.2022, 8.00 am

Stray vacancy round: Joining, document checking and verification (including prescribed eligibility criteria) at the allotted college along with printout of allotment letter, deposition of one year tuition fee and other fee & charges as prescribed, required bonds etc. and other documents as listed in instruction booklet

Upto 3.12.2022, 5.00 pm

1. Refer information booklet, college information sheet and college fee structure etc. and other information at the website. Regarding fee, also refer order dated 19.05.2022 of Hon'ble Supreme Court in civil appeal no. 3978- 3995/2017.

2. All candidates submitting applications are required to deposit non-refundable application fee of Rs. 3000/- (Rs. 1500/- for SC, ST, ST-STA category candidate of Rajasthan state domicile) + applicable transaction charges

3. All registered candidates who wish to participate in mop-up round / stray vacancy round must present themselves personally on the designated venue, date and time.

4. Submission of original documents: All candidates who wish to participate in off-line mop-up round / stray vacancy round counseling must bring all the original documents and undertaking (as given in the instruction booklet available at the website).

5. Any candidate holding any seat any where is not eligible to participate in mop-up round / stray vacancy round.

6. All registered candidates who do not hold any seat and wish to participate in stray vacancy round must fill the option (Stray vacancy round participation choice) available at the website through candidate login, upto 28.11.2022, 5.00 pm.

7. The selected candidates will have to join at the allotted college as notified in the allotment letter.

8. The candidates are advised to visit the websites regularly for registration and other relevant information.
