Rajasthan NEET PG Special Stray Vacancy Round Counselling 2024 Begins, check out details

Rajasthan- The Rajasthan Counselling Board has begun the allotment process of National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Postgraduate (NEET PG) Special Stray Vacancy Round Counselling for the academic 2024. In this regard, the Rajasthan Counselling Board has released the complete schedule for the candidates who are willing to participate in the Special Stray Vacancy Round allotment process for MD/MS, Post MBBS DNB and Post MBBS Diploma courses in Rajasthan.

In continuation to the earlier notifications and NBE notification reducing the qualifying percentile of NEET PG 2024, the schedule for the special stray vacancy round allotment process for MD/MS, Post MBBS DNB and Post MBBS Diploma courses in Rajasthan, will be as below:

Schedule for Allotment process – Special Stray Vacancy Round

Details Date
Application form Start date for filling of on-line application form and deposition of required application fee It is a mandatory step for subsequent process of counseling and allotment. Both the parts (Part 1 and Part 2) of the application form must be filled and completed. Those candidates who could not complete both the parts (Part 1 and Part 2) of the application form earlier, may now complete the same. Those who are already registered/have applied need not register/apply again. Note: Candidates who have a joined status after stray vacancy round will not be allowed to participate in the special stray vacancy round. Candidates who were allotted/upgraded a seat in round 2/3/stray vacancy round but not joined as well as candidates who resigned with forfeiture of security amount will not be allowed participation in special stray vacancy round

Last date for submitting the on-line application form at the website 10.03.2025 (11.45 pm)
Verification and submission of original documents (off-line) and bond of all eligible registered candidates willing to participate in Special Stray Vacancy Round - at Academic Block, SMS Medical College, Jaipur Note: Documents of candidates who wish to participate in Special stray vacancy round will be kept by the counselling board after verification. Candidate shall also submit a Bond in prescribed format available at website. 10.03.2025 to 13.03.2025 (10:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
Publication of Provisional Seat Matrix 08.03.2025
Publication of Provisional Merit List of Registered Candidates Eligible to participate in Special Stray Vacancy Round 13.03.2025 Tentatively (Subject to receipt of Merit List from NBE)
Deposition of security amount (refer the Instructions Booklet for details) Candidates who have deposited the security amount in Round 1 or Round 2 or Round 3 or stray vacancy round but not allotted a seat in any round, need not deposit in Special Stray Vacancy Round. 10.03.2025 to 13.03.2025 (4.00 pm)
On-line choice filling, locking of the choices by the candidates (including filling up and saving of the choices / changing the filled choices multiple times) Choices filled by candidates (not holding any seat up to stray vacancy round) in Round 1 / Round 2 / Round 3 / Stray Vacancy Round will not be considered for Special Stray Vacancy Round allotment. Following candidates are eligible for Special Stray Vacancy Round and must fill choices to participate in Special Stray Vacancy Round: 1. Earlier registered candidates who did not get allotment in Round 1, Round 2, Round 3 and Stray Vacancy Round 2. Round 1 candidate allotted and joined but resigned after Round 2 without forfeiture of security amount and not allotted any seat in round 3 / Stray Vacancy Round 3. All Newly Registered Candidates of Special stray vacancy round 10.03.2025 to 14.03.2025 (11.45 pm) (choices auto-locked at 11.45 pm on 14.03.2025)
Verification of Disability certificate (issued by 16 centers approved by MCC) of all persons with disabilities (PwD), candidates of all categories (at 9.00 am sharp at Academic Block, SMS Medical College, Jaipur) All such candidates (not verified upto stray vacancy round and willing to participate in special stray vacancy round) must present themselves physically along with all original relevant documents, before the Board 16.03.2025, 10.00 am Tentatively (Subject to receipt of Merit List from NBE)
Verification, Allotment and Reporting by State NEET PG 2024 Registered Eligible Sr. Demonstrator candidates for In-Service Quota (sub quota), (before the Board, at 9.00 am at Academic Block, SMS Medical College, Jaipur) All such candidates must present themselves physically along with all original relevant documents (only candidates who have deposited security amount) 16.03.2025, 10.00 am Tentatively (Subject to receipt of Merit List from NBE)
Publication of Provisional Seat Matrix (after SD allotment) 16.03.2025, Tentatively (Subject to receipt of Merit List from NBE)
Printing of the on-line application form after auto-locking of the choices filled and saved by the candidates 16.03.2025, Tentatively (Subject to receipt of Merit List from NBE)
Publishing of the provisional allotment list 16.03.2025, Tentatively (Subject to receipt of Merit List from NBE)
Printing of allotment letter, on-line, through website, by the candidates 17.03.2025, Tentatively (Subject to receipt of Merit List from NBE)
Deposition of prescribed one year tuition fee by allotted candidates through NEFT and RTGS only (No other mode of fee deposition will be accepted) Refer Important Advice for online payment of Security Amount/Tuition Fee available at the website 17.03.2025 - 19.03.2025 by 12:00 noon, Tentatively (Subject to receipt of Merit List from NBE)
Reporting at the allotted college desk at Academic Block, SMS Medical College, Jaipur along with printout of allotment letter and completion of all other formalities, required bonds etc. and 2 copies of application form along with Self attested photocopies (one set) of all relevant documents as listed in information booklet 17.03.2025 - 19.03.2025 by 6:00 pm, Tentatively
(Subject to receipt of Merit List from NBE)
Returning of Documents to candidates who have not been allotted a seat in special stray vacancy round 17.03.2025 to 19.03.2025 till 4:00 pm
Commencement of academic session 20.12.2024

For participation in special stray vacancy round, it is mandatory for candidates to present physically for document verification and submit all relevant original documents, as listed in the information booklet, with the board within stipulated time. Candidate whose documents are not verified and who does not submit his / her original documents, will not be allowed to participate in special stray vacancy round.

Candidate whose documents are already verified in stray vacancy round and who was not allotted any seat in stray vacancy round and whose documents are still lying with the Board at SMS Medical College, Jaipur, need not present physically again for document verification for special stray vacancy round and such a candidate is eligible (and if not ineligible otherwise) to participate in special stray vacancy round on filling fresh choices. Choices filled by such a candidate in stray vacancy round will not be considered for Special Stray Vacancy Round allotment.
Candidate shall also submit a bond in prescribed format mentioning that- (i) He/she will join the course within stipulated period. (ii) If he/she does not join the course, he/she will be liable to pay amount equal to the fee of entire course of the allotted college, to the allotted college (iii) If he/she fails to comply the above conditions, his/her original documents will be retained by the allotted college. In case of non-submission of bond, such candidate will not be allowed to participate in special stray vacancy round.
All PwD candidates must present themselves physically for document verification before the admission board on the notified date as per the notification and the list to be made available at the website.
All Eligible Senior Demonstrators who have deposited requisite security amount must present themselves physically with all applicable original documents for verification and allotment before the admission board on as per the notification available on website.
State eligibility criteria, as per clause 2(i) of instruction booklet for state quota seats shall be applicable up to round 3 allotment process. Any seat remaining vacant after round 3 shall be filled without applying the state eligibility criteria. All vacant seats will be available for allotment to all eligible candidates. Hence, Candidates must fill their choice for All India Quota Seats as well as State Quota Seats.
Candidate who joins the course on allotment in special stray vacancy round, shall not be allowed to resign the course (including returning of original documents) on or before the last date of admissions as scheduled by MCC/NMC.
Candidates allotted a seat in All India stray vacancy round/ Special Stray vacancy round is not eligible to participate in the State Special Stray vacancy round.
The candidates are advised to visit the websites regularly for registration and other relevant information.
Important
A candidate who deposits applicable security amount and fills choices in the stipulated time but fails to present himself/herself for document verification and submission along with requisite bond or his/her documents/bond are not found in order or has some deficiency of documents, then such a candidate will not be considered for allotments in Special Stray Vacancy round and his/her security amount will be refunded in due course of time.
If a candidate is allotted a seat in special stray vacancy round and does not join the allotted seat/college, he/she shall be debarred from participating in State Counselling Process for next one year, along with forfeiture of security amount.
