TN Health Begins Stray Vacancy Round for PG Medical admissions, Check Schedule, Tentative Seat Vacancy Positions
Tamil Nadu- Tamil Nadu (TN Health) has commenced the stray vacancy round counselling for the PG Degree/Diploma courses in Management (Including Minority and NRI) and Government Quota seats in self-financing medical colleges and 70% seats of Christian Medical College for the session 2024-25 session. The process has also started for the DNB Post Diploma & Post MBBS 2 Years Diploma Courses and DNB-Broad Speciality Post Diploma Courses in TN Government Medical Colleges for the session 2024-25 session.
As per the tentative stray vacancy round counselling schedule, the registration and choice-filling process has already begun on 20th February 2025 and will end on 24th February 2025. Following this, the Result will be declared by 25th February 2025.

In addition, at the time of registration, the candidate has to pay a refundable security deposit of Rs.2,00,000/- for Management Quota including Minority/NRI category seats in self-financed medical colleges (no need to pay again if already paid). For Government Medical Colleges, Rs.30,000/- and for Self-financed Medical College, Rs.1,00,000/-.
Meanwhile, TN Health has also released the tentative vacancy positions for the Post MBBS, Diploma & 2 years DNB Courses 2024-25 in Government Medical Colleges and, for the PG Degree/Diploma (Management and Government Quota) Courses 2024-25 in Self Financing and Government Medical Colleges.
As per the tentative vacancy positions, a total of 14 seats are vacant for the Post MBBS, Diploma & 2 years DNB Courses 2024-25 in Government Medical Colleges. At the same time, a total of 268 seats are vacant for the PG Degree/Diploma (Management and Government Quota) Courses 2024-25 in Self Financing and Government Medical Colleges. Of these, a total of 63 seats are vacant for the PG Degree/Diploma (Management Quota) in Self Financing Medical Colleges and a total of 205 seats are vacnt (Government Quota) in Government Medical Colleges.
