UP DGME To Begin NEET PG Round 3 Counselling 2024 soon, check Schedule
Uttar Pradesh- Uttar Pradesh Director General of Medical Education (UPDGME) is soon going to commence the National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Postgraduate (NEET PG) Round 3 counselling for the academic year 2024. In this regard, UPDGME has released the complete schedule for the candidates who are willing to participate in the said counselling. The schedule has been released on the official website of UPDGME.
As per the schedule, the 3rd round of online counselling for admission to postgraduate courses (MD/MS/Diploma and DNB) in Government/Autonomous/Private Medical Colleges/Institutes/Universities/Hospitals under Medical Health will begin on 22 January 2025 and end on 05 February 2025.
Meanwhile, it is to be noted that only registered candidates under UP NEET PG 2024 can participate in the counselling process. However, those candidates who are registered and have not been able to deposit the registration fee and security amount due to some reason can participate in the counselling process by depositing the registration fee and security amount. Additionally, only those registered candidates who have deposited the registration fee and security amount will be eligible for choice filling.

In the meantime, candidates admitted through the first/second round of counselling under UP NEET PG-2024 are informed that if they want to resign from their admitted seat, then such interested candidates can resign 02 days before the choice filling of the third round of counselling i.e. till 2:00 PM on 22 January 2025. The candidate will have to personally appear at the nodal centre where the admission process has been completed submit the resignation and complete the necessary proceedings. Resignations from the admitted seat through any other medium will not be accepted.
