WBMCC notifies revised schedule for NEET PG counselling, check dates for stray vacancy, round 3 choice filling ends today
West Bengal: The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Government of West Bengal, has released a tentative revised schedule for WB NEET PG Medical Counselling 2025 covering MD, MS, DNB Degree and Diploma seats under State Quota, Private Management Quota, and NRI Quota.
The revised timetable includes updated dates for Round 3 allotment, reporting, and the Online Stray Vacancy Round.
According to the revised schedule, the online choice filling and locking process is going to end today, i.e. 12 February 2026, 12 midnight. Following this, the Round 3 Allotment Result will be declared on 16 February 2026 after 4 PM. Afterthis, the reporting & admission process will start from 17 February 2026. Below is the detailed revised schedule-

3 | The Reporting and Admission of allotted candidates to the allotted Institute (for All Private Medical Colleges, the admission process will be in different Govt. Medical Colleges in Kolkata, related notice has been published on the website) with the requisite original document, college-requisite fee and bond (Once successfully re-verified, they can get admitted in the allotted seat). Upgraded candidates need to get the submitted fee & document back with server generated reliving letter from the previous college before moving for admission in the newly allotted college. | 17, 18 & 19 February 2026 from 10 am to 4 pm (as per server time). |
4 | Online Stray Vacancy- Online Registration by the candidates qualified through NEET PG 2025. | 11 am till 8 pm of 20 February 2026 (as per server time). |
5 | Online Fee Payment. | 11 am till 12 midnight of 20 February 2026 (as per server time). |
6 | After Successful Registration and Fee Payment, Verification of Candidates in the already designated college and time slot by the NIC software. | 21 February 2026 from 9 am to 3 pm (as per server time). |
7 | Publication of the List of Successfully Verified candidates and Publication of Seat Matrix for Online Stray Round. | 21 February 2026 after 4 pm |
