JIPMER Announces Results Of 2nd Year MBBS Examination June 2022
Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) through a written notice, has announced the results of the 2nd-year MBBS examination held in June 2022.
A total of 46 candidates have appeared in the examinations held in June 2022. The results include reg. no, name, and subject-wise results. The subjects included are Forensic Medicine, Microbiology, Pathology, and Pharmacology. The highest number of students have cleared the Pathology exam followed by Microbiology and Forensic Medicine.
Following is the number of students clearing the examinations –
1. Forensic Medicine – 17
2. Microbiology – 21
3. Pathology – 30
4. Pharmacology – 10
The Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research (JIPMER) is a medical school located in Pondicherry. It is an Institute of National Importance (INI) and a tertiary care referral hospital. It is under the direct administrative control of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and the Indian Government, with autonomy to run its internal administration. The institute is headed by the Director, who is the chief executive charged with the overall responsibility of running the institute and its hospital. Dean (Academic) is charged with overseeing and coordinating all the academic activities of the institute including teaching, whereas Dean (Research) looks after all the research-related activities. The courses included are UG, PG, Super Specialty, Fellowship, PhD Program, Post Basic Diploma, and Certificate Courses.
Recently Medical Dialogues reported Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research (JIPMER) has released the merit list for MSc Nursing, Master of Public Health, and Post Basic Diploma in Nursing courses. The merit list has been prepared based on the performance in the JIPMER entrance examination held on 9th July 2022. The list has been prepared category-wise.
The counselling process has not been announced yet. It will be uploaded on the official website of JIPMER. The candidates need to keep track of the official website www.jipmer.edu.in for further updates regarding counselling and admission.
