JIPMER notifies on 3 Day Orientation Program for July PG Medical, Super Speciality Students, Details

Puducherry: The PG orientation program on research methodology for the final year PG Medical & Super Specialty students is scheduled to be held on 1st July 2022, 8th July 2022, and 15th July 2022, announced Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research (JIPMER).

The program will be held between 8.30 am to 4.30 pm with a 1-hour break in JAC Mini Auditorium. JIPMER has requested all the heads of the department running these programs to send the name list of final year PG Medical & Super Specialty students (December 2022 exam going batch). They can send the list on or before 29th June 2022 to nttc.jipmer@gmail.com as a word file.

The following details have to be sent –

1. Name of the PG student

2. Department

3. Email ID

4. Mobile Number

The PG Medical courses include –

1. Doctor of Medicine (MD) - Anesthesiology Anatomy Biochemistry Blood Transfusion and Immuno Hematology Community Medicine Dermatology, Venereology & Leprology Emergency Medicine Forensic Medicine General Medicine Microbiology Nuclear Medicine Pathology Pediatrics Pharmacology Physiology Psychiatry Pulmonary Medicine Radio-diagnosis Radiotherapy.

2. Master of Surgery (MS) - General Surgery Obstetrics & Gynaecology Ophthalmology Orthopedic Surgery Oto-Rhino Laryngology (ENT).

The Super Specialty courses include –

1. Doctor of Medicine (DM) -. Cardiology, Clinical Immunology, Endocrinology, Medical Oncology Neonatology, Nephrology, Neurology, Paediatric Critical Care, Clinical Pharmacology, Clinical Hematology.

2. Master of Chirurgie (MCh) - Cardio-Thoracic Vascular Surgery, Neuro Surgery, Urology, Surgical Gastroenterology, Plastic Surgery, Pediatric Surgery, Surgical Oncology.

The Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research is a medical school located in Pondicherry.
