NMC deadline to medical colleges to submit NEET SS 2025 admission details online

New Delhi- The Post Graduate Medical Education Board (PGMEB) has directed all medical colleges to submit information relating to admission made in Medical College/Postgraduate Institute through the National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Super Speciality (NEET SS) for the academic year 2024.
Through the letter, the Medical Colleges are required to ensure that all admissions in the SS courses are strictly in accordance with merit and are made transparently and fairly as envisaged in the Regulations. Any violation shall lead to the discharge of the concerned students from the courses and such action against the concerned Medical College/Institution as is permissible in law.
Therefore, all Medical Colleges/Institutions are called upon to submit the requisite information through an online system that can be accessed through the National Medical Commission (NMC) official website. The portal for filling in the student details shall remain open till 15 October 2025.
The NMC notice mentioned that already existing login ID is to be used for the purpose of logging in. Through this unique login ID, all the Medical colleges/Institutions must submit the admission details of postgraduate students within the stipulated time, beyond which the Colleges/Institutions will not be allowed to enter the details of the students into the Student Admission Online Monitoring System for this current academic year. The Colleges/Institutes need not send a hard copy of the data of admission in SS Courses. Data uploaded through the Student Admission Entry portal shall be the only data used for the purpose of monitoring students’ admission.
The details of the students who have taken admission to the SS courses, as per the data filled in by the Colleges, are placed on the NMC's website. However, the names of those students whose details are not filled in by the Colleges/ Institutes within the last date of submission of data on NMC's portal will not be displayed on the NMC's website. Hence, the onus of furnishing the data on time will lie with the College/ Institute.
Meanwhile, the following guidelines shall be followed by the College/Institutions-
1 Please visit the NMC website home page and refer to the “COLLEGE LOGIN” section.
2 A login screen will be displayed.
3 Use the login credentials. Remember that the Password and the Unique ID are case sensitive.
The onus of furnishing true, correct and authentic information is upon the College concerned and in case of furnishing of any wrong/incorrect information, it shall be open to NMC to initiate action as is permissible in law. Apart from this, the Directorate of Medical Education of all the States/UTs will also submit the details of admission made in their concerned State/UT through mail within two weeks of the last date of admission.
