KNRUHS informs on web-options exercise for mop-up phase of MDS counselling

KNRUHS informs on web-options exercise for mop-up phase of MDS counselling

Hyderabad: Through a recent notice, the KNRUHS has informed regarding the web-options exercise for mop-up phase of counseling to fill the vacant seats under Competent Authority Quota for admission into PG MDS courses in dental colleges affiliated to the varsity for the academic year 2020-21

The varsity notifies the conduct of Mop-Up phase of web-based counseling for allotment of vacant seats under Competent Authority Quota (i.e., unfilled seats after final phase, vacancies due to not joined/discontinuation and also the vacancies that may arise due to sliding of candidates during the process of Mop-up phase itself) for MDS seats in Government/Private Non-Minority Dental Colleges under KNRUHS, Telangana State for the year 2020-21.

The candidates whose names are notified in the Provisional final merit list on KNRUHS website can exercise web options for admission into MDS seats in the Dental Colleges affiliated to KNRUHS from 1 PM on 24-07-2020 to 4 P.M. on 25 -07-2020.
The Candidates who were allotted seats as per their options in previous phases of counseling and who have not joined / discontinued the course after joining are not eligible for exercising web- options for Mop-up phase of counseling. Candidates who have already joined in PG Dental MDS Courses after allotment in All India Quota Counseling by MCC are also not eligible to exercise web options.
For eligibility criteria and regulations refer to notifications dated: 17-04-2020 & 19-04-2020.
UNIVERSITY FEE: Allotted Candidates have to pay University fee of Rs.20,600/- by way of payment gate-way on-line and download the allotment letter. Candidates who have paid university fee in previous phases need not pay again
TUITION FEE: Tuition fee is to be paid at respective Dental colleges. The tuition fee payable as per Government of Telangana orders and interim orders of Hon'ble High Court of Telangana in WP.No.6799 of 2020.
NOTE: The details of seats available (seat matrix) are placed in the website http://knruhs.telangana.gov.in The candidates can exercise web options for PG Dental Courses in all Dental Colleges under KNRUHS through https://tsmds.tsche.in
The allotment of seats will be made in accordance with the existing Government orders and relevant Hon'ble Supreme Court and Hon'ble High Court orders.
Instructions to Candidates:
I. Candidates can exercise web-options for seats in PG MDS Courses in All Dental Colleges through https://tsmds.tsche.in/
II. Eligible PG Dental candidates as per provisional final merit list can exercise web options for Post Graduate MDS seats in All Dental Colleges for Dental Courses in order of their interest and priority.
III. Service Candidates whose names are displayed in the provisional final merit list for PG Dental Admissions on KNURHS web-site can exercise web options for PG MDS seats reserved for Service Candidates as per eligibility.
IV. Eligible Candidates are advised to go through the prospectus of KNRUHS available on the website before exercising web options for the regulations.
V. Candidates exercising web options for PG MDS Dental courses are informed that, there is no limit of choices (number) for exercising web options, candidates can exercise web options for any number of subjects and colleges the candidate is interested to join as per eligibility.
VI. Candidates are advised to exercise web options for PG MDS seats in all courses and colleges in which they are interested to join irrespective of vacancies in the seat matrix displayed as sliding vacancies will arise during counseling process due to sliding of candidates allotted seats in previous phase to other seats as per their options in the Mop-up round. If they are not interested to change the course or college they need not exercise web options for the same.
VII. Important note: candidates are informed that if they exercise web- options for a seat and allotted a seat as per their choice in this phase of web counseling, should join compulsorily in the allotted seat. Otherwise, the candidates will be debarred for 3 years from participating in the PG Admission process of KNRUHS besides discontinuation fee of Rs.5.00 lakhs. If they discontinue before the closure of admissions it will be considered as being involved in seat blocking and legal action may be initiated. The original certificates of candidates who have disconued will be returned after closure of admissions after payment of penalty amount.
VIII. Candidates are advised to opt for seats and courses in which they are interested to join, if they are not interested to join they should not give options and provide an opportunity for next meritorious candidates and prevent blockade/wastage of seats.
IX. Candidates are informed that if they are allotted a seat as per their options in this phase of counseling, the seat in which they have joined in the previous phase is automatically cancelled and re-allotted to other candidates.

X. Candidates can exercise options on the web either from home / any other place through a computer having internet facility. XI. One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the registered mobile at the time of saving web options. The password consists of SIX letter code with English capitals A to Z (for details read instructions to the candidates before giving options.
XII. The selected candidates shall download the allotment letter from the website after payment of the University fee by gateway method by using Online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking), check their allotment and report to the Principal of the respective college and join the course on or before the date specified on the allotment letter.
XIII. Candidates are hereby informed that verification of original certificates will be conducted at the college of admission and in case of any the discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled and action maybe initiated as per University Regulations.
XIV. Selected candidates have to join the course at the respective colleges before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter with all original certificates, submit the relevant bonds and pay the tuition fee / college fee to complete the process of admission and join for duties.
XV. If the candidate slides to other college during the mop-up phase of counseling, the original certificates will be sent to the college concerned after the closure of admissions.
XVI. The University fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates can contact for technical difficulties on No 8466924522 and 9704093953 for clarifications on Regulations 9490585796 and 8500646769 (10.00 AM to 6.00 PM only)
