KNRUHS issues notice for candidates seeking original degree certificate of Super Speciality Course In advance
Hyderabad: Through a recent notification, the KNRUHS has informed the concerned candidates who are seeking original degree certificate of SuperSpeciality Course In advance
The Notification is for all the concerned students who intedn to apply for Original Degree Certificate in Advance of SUPER SPECIALITY Course of 2017-18 admission batch.
The Candidates of SUPERSPECIALITY course who are admitted in to the colleges affiliated to KNRUHS, TS, Warangal during 2017-18 are eligible to apply for Original Degree Certificate in Advance.
Fee structure:
| 1.Original Degree in Advance fee | Rs. 6000/- |
| 2.Processing fee | Rs. 500/- |
| 3.Postal Charges | Rs. 100/- |
| Total | Rs. 6600/- |
The Candidates should apply for Original Degree Certificate in Advance through the Principal of respective colleges.
Application should be submitted along with the following certificates (attested by the Principal):
1. Provisional Certificate.
2. Marks memo.
3. Those candidates who want to obtain their Degree Certificates as per the changed Name / changed Surname should submit attested copy of T.S Gazette / Proceedings of KNR University of Health Sciences, Warangal.
4. Demand Draft for prescribed fee Should be drawn from any Nationalized bank in favor of "The Registrar, KNR University of Health Sciences, Warangal" payable at Warangal.
5. There is no need to enclose a self-addressed envelope either with stamps or without stamps.
Note: All enclosures must be securely tagged to the application.
