KNRUHS notifies on exercising web-options for mop-up phase of MSc Nursing counselling

KNRUHS  notifies on exercising web-options for mop-up phase of  MSc Nursing counselling

Hyderabad: Through a recent notice, the KNRUHS has informed about the exercising web-options for the mop-up phase of counseling for MSc Nursing admissions this academic year. The varsity has also released the list of available seats for mop up round.

The varsity has notified that about the conduct Mop-up phase of webcounseling and exercising web-options to fill up the vacant seats after final phase of counseling for Admissions into MSc (Nursing) Courses and MPT courses under Competent Authority Quota in colleges affiliated to KNR University of Health Sciences, Warangal, Telangana State.

Candidates can exercise web-options for Mop-up phase of web Counseling from 8.00 A.M on 23.2.2021 to 8.00 P.M on 23.2.2021 through website http://tspgparamed.tsche.in .

Details of available seats for M.Sc(N) and MPT courses for Mop-up phase of counseling are displayed on KNRUHS website

All the candidates in the final merit list for Competent Authority Quota and subsequent addendums to merit list are displayed on KNRUHS web-site are eligible to exercise web-options subject to fulfillment of following conditions. Candidates who have secured admission in the previous phases of counseling and joined the course and continuing in the course, who wish to slide also can exercise their options.

The candidates who have been allotted seats in the previous phases of counseling and who have not joined/discontinued the course after joining are not eligible to exercise options for Mop-up Phase of counseling for that course.

Important Instructions to Candidates:

ï‚· Candidates can exercise web options through http://tspgparamed.tsche.in from home or any other place having internet facility. Use only system with Internet connection. Do not use Tabs or Mobiles to exercise web options.

ï‚· Candidates can exercise options to all courses and colleges to which they are eligible. Therefore candidates are informed to give options for all the colleges/courses they are interested to join.

ï‚· Candidates are advised to read the regulations and prospectus carefully before exercising web options.

ï‚· Candidates while giving options should note that apart from vacant seats notified, seats vacated by candidates sliding during this phase of counseling will be added and allotted simultaneously during this phase of counseling. The allotted seat under previous phases of counseling will be cancelled automatically if the candidate is allotted a seat in MOP-UP PHASE of counseling as per his/her option.

ï‚· Candidates are informed that if they opt for a seat and allotted during this phase of counseling and do not join or candidates who discontinued the course after free exit on 22-02-2021 by 4.00 P.M penalty clause will be applicable with payment of notified Bond amount, payment of tuition fee for the entire course to get their original certificates back as per Government Regulations and Candidate will be debarred for admission into same course under KNRUHS for 3 years

ï‚· One time pass word will be sent to the registered mobile number at the timeof exercising web options after saving Options. The password consists of SIX letter code with English capital A to Z.

ï‚· Candidates are instructed to take a print out of saved options. Candidates will receive the message on their registered mobile after allotment of seat ifallotted. Candidates are also informed to check their allotment on the website http://tspgparamed.tsche.in.

ï‚· Candidate has to download the allotment letter by paying the UniversityFee of Rs. 10,000/- ( Rupees Ten Thousands only ) through payment gateway. Candidate need not pay University fee if paid already in previous phases of counseling.

ï‚· Candidate has to take print out of allotment order, check their allotment and report to the Principal of respective college before the date specified on the allotment letter with all original certificates, bond, pay the tuition fee and other College fees before the last date and time at the allotted college as mentioned in the allotment letter.

ï‚· Candidates who have slided from one college/Course to other college have to collect the Original Custodian Certificate, Tuition fee/ College fee/ Bond from the previous phase admitted college and report to the Principal of college allotted in the Mop-up phase of counseling to complete the admission process as detailed above.

ï‚· Tuition fee is as notified by the Government.

ï‚· The University Fee and other fees once paid shall not be refunded underany circumstances. No individual communication will be sent to the candidates. Candidates are advised to check the website regularly for notifications.
