MUHS asks students to submit required documents for Upcoming Mini Convocation Ceremony, details
Maharashtra: Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) has issued a notification about the Submission of Students' Photographs, Marathi Name and other details for the upcoming Additional (Mini) Convocation ceremony dated 13.7.2023.
As per the notice, the online system to submit Student details (Passport-size Photograph, Marathi Name and other details) is made available on the University website. All are, therefore, requested to submit the above details on or before 29.6.2023 positively for the smooth functioning of Convocation-related activities.
In case of unavailability of a Photograph of any student at college, colleges are requested to get it from the concerned student by email or any other electronic mode for uploading.
Please follow the below-mentioned steps/guidelines for submission of student detail online -
1. Visit website www.muhs.edu.in
2. Click "Student Profile Management" -"Update Student Profile"
3. Enter Dean/Principal/College's registered Mobile number
4. Enter the Captcha answer in the text box, and click the "Login" button
5. Enter OTP received and click the" Verify OTP" button
For UG & PG Courses (Except the PG Allied course) follow the below Steps -
After successful login click "Menu"—> "Convocation""StudentNa me/Photo".
Select the Course/Degree name and click on the "Go" button, then, students' details will appear one by one by clicking the page/number -
Check Course/Degree Name and Student English Name. If any discrepancy is observed in the name of the student, inform the same to the respective Exam Faculty Ind-large on contact details given at the end of this circular.
For Student's Marathi Name in Devanagari Unicode script;
a. To convert the English into Linicode Marathi, a link to the Marathi Script input Tool is provided in the system, click the link
b. Type the name of the student in English, and the Input Tool will convert automatically into Devanagari Marathi Script. A list of names will appear. Double-click on the correct option.
c. Copy and paste the Devanagari Marathi name in the "Student Name (Maratiffbox.)
If the Internship is applicable to the course of the student, then specify the internship completion dates. Please note that the student who has completed the internship before the date of the convocation is eligible to get the degree in the proposed convocation.
Specify Student Mobile and Aadhar Number, if available,
Select Student Photo for uploading, then click the "Save" button to submit/upload details.
Click the next student number to view and update the next student's details.
Follow the above Step-4(to Step-4(ix) for every student.
For the PG Allied course (MSc. Nursing, MPT, MOTH, MASLP, M130) follow the below steps:¬()) After Successful login, Click "Menu"—)."Stud Profile"4" Manage Profile"
Select Exam as "Winter-2022"
Select the Course/Degree name and click on the "Go" button, then, students' details will appear one by one by clicking the page/number:-
Check Course/Degree Name and Student English Name. If any discrepancy is observed in the name of the student, inform the same to respective Exam Faculty In charge via contact details given at the end of this circular.
For Student's Marathi Name in Devanagari Unicode script;

Select Student Photo for uploading, then click the "Save" button to submit/upload details.
Click the next student number to view and update the next student's details.
Follow above Step-5(i) to Step-5(ix) for every student.
