MUHS informs on Provisional List of Affiliated Training Centres eligible to conduct approved Fellowship, Certificate Courses 2020-21
Mumbai: Through a recent notice, the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) has informed regarding the Provisional List of Affiliated / Recognized Training Centres those who are eligible to conduct University approved Fellowship / Certificate Courses for academic year 2020-21.
It is hereby notified to all concerned that, as per the clause no 14 (c) of the University Direction No 05/2017 (Amended), every fellowship Training Center should submit a proposal for Continuation of Affiliation in the prescribed format along with prescribed fees to the University on or before 30th October of every year.
The University is hereby announcing the provisional list of Training Centre(s) for A.Y. 2020- 21 for the sake of all the concerned is as under:
A) List of Affiliated Training Centre(s), those who had submitted the Continuation of Affiliation proposal and requisite fees to the University for the A.Y. 2020- 21.

B) List of Training Centre(s) those who have not submitted their proposal and requisite fees for continuation of Affiliation for Academic Year 2020-21 to the University till date. Therefore, all such concerned Training Centre(s) are hereby informed to submit the proposal and requisite fees for continuation of Affiliation for Academic Year 2020- 21 to the University up to 03/12/2020. The concerned Centre(s) list is made available by the University. If the proposal and requisite fees not submitted within stipulated time then admission to these centres will not be allowed.

C) Any Affiliated Training Centre, who has not submitted continuation of Affiliation proposal and fees for (any specific or all) Fellowship / Certificate Course(s), those previously conducted at the concerned affialited Training Center for previous Academic Year(s) 2017-18/2018-19/2019-20 (as the case may be and not issued discontinuation letter from University, as on date).
However, despite of gap in continuation of affiliation such Center has submitted continuation of Affiliation proposal(s) and fees for (any specific or all) Fellowship / Certificate Course(s) for this A.Y. 2020 – 21.
It is therefore, informed to all Such Centre(s), that they have to pay the continuation of Affiliation fees for Previous Academic Year(s) 2017-18/2018-19/2019- 20 for (any specific or all) Fellowship / Certificate Course(s) (as applicable in their case) to the University up to 03/12/2020. List of such Centre(s) is made available by the University. If the proposal and requisite fees not submitted within stipulated time then admission to these centres will not be allowed.

Further, all the concerned should note the important instructions as under:
1) This Provisional list is published subject to the Proposal & Fees received for Fellowship/ Certificate Course(s) to the University for A.Y. 2020-21. This provisional list is subject to change as per Proposal & Fees received for Fellowship/ Certificate Course(s) from Affiliated Training Centre. The University has rights to update or amend the list at any stage of admission process.
2) All the concerned should note that, very soon the detailed Admission Notification Time Schedule and Important Guidelines regarding said admission process and the online link for Centralized Admission Process for admission to the Fellowship and / or Certificate Course(s) for A.Y. 2020-21 will be made available by the University on its website ( www.muhs.ac.in ).
3) The permitted Intake Capacity information for Centralized Online Admission Process is as per data/reports received from concerned affiliated Training Centre(s). Hence it is the duty of Training Centre(s) to provide the educational and infrastructure facilities as prescribed by the University and must ensure about the availability of eligible Mentor(s) required for conducting Fellowship/Certificate Courses for permitted Intake Capacity at concerned Training Centre, so that, admitted student(s) should not suffer with any academic loss.
4) Discrepancy found, if any; in the said list, then same shall be immediately brought to the notice of the University by e-mail, without fail on or before 03/12/2020 by 17:00 Hrs. on email id: fccc@muhs.ac.in If no any communication is received from the concerned affiliated Training Center(s) within stipulated time then, University will take further necessary action assuming the said information is correct and in future no correspondence will be made or accepted in this regards.
5) The procedure to grant First Time Affiliation (New Opening) of the Fellowship / Certificate Course(s) to be conducted at Training Centre(s) is under process with the University for A.Y. 2020-21. Hence, Intake Capacity of some Fellowship / Certificate Courses may change or some approved courses and some affiliated Training Centre(s) may get added in the approved course(s) list available to admission for A.Y. 2020-21at any stage of admission process. Accordingly, in the due course of time the University will include names of such newly approved Fellowship / Certificate Course(s) of concerned recognized Training Centre(s) in the said Centralized Online Admission Process for A Y. 2020-21, if any;.
6) This Provisional list is published subject to the Proposal & Fees received for Fellowship/ Certificate Course(s) to the University for A.Y. 2020-21. The University has rights to update or amend the list at any stage of admission process.
7) In case of any query or interpretation of any rule the decision of the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor shall be final and binding.
8) As University has adopted the Centralize Online admission process. Hence, affiliated Training Centre(s) shall not admit the students directly their end.
9) Further, it is again made clear that, in order to get necessary updates and information, it's the duty of the concerned applicant / recognized Training center to visit the University website regularly.
