MUHS informs on Submission Of Dissertations For PG courses Under Faculty of Ayurveda, Unani, Homoeopathy, Details

As per the notice, the University has decided to accept copies of the dissertation through the online system for Postgraduate courses under the Faculty of Ayurved & Unani and Homoeopathy candidates appearing for Winter — 2022 University Examinations.

The college were directed to complete the student profile of every candidate in the online system by 19 July 2022. Every college has to carefully update the details of each candidate (mobile number & email address) in the online system as well as it must be kept on the college record for future reference.

On successful updating of the mobile number & email address of the candidate, the "Assign eligible Guide link" will be active. The colleges must carefully assign eligible Guides to the respective candidate in the online system. Once Guide is assigned, the edit/change facility will not be available. Therefore, select the respective Guide for the student & Click on the assigned Guide. This completes the last step of student record updates.

In case the name of the Guide is not reflected in the online system, the colleges are required to update the requisite details of the postgraduate recognized teacher in the online system by click on following link http://wvvw.muhsonline.net/activeteacherprofile.aspx. Once the teacher registration is completed successfully, the system will generate a Login ID & Password and send an email to the respective teacher for account activation. The respective teacher must log in to the email account and click on account activation. The concerned teacher needs to update their profile.

The candidates must upload a soft copy of the dissertation in PDF form (one soft copy contain certificates & another having dissertation). On successfully uploading the dissertation, a link to the payment gateway will be available for payment of requisite fees. On successful payment of fees, a soft copy of the dissertation of the respective candidate will be available in the college login. A list of students, who have uploaded their dissertations, will be available in the college login.

The respective colleges will verify the candidate's credentials and a copy of the dissertation. On confirmation of the correctness of requisite information, the colleges need to submit dissertations of all eligible candidates online.

MUHS has requested all the colleges to submit the list of candidates along with details of dissertation fees to the University under its covering letter & receipt (attested). The dissertations should be submitted to the University as per the first scheduled dates. The submission of dissertations with a late fee will be accepted in case of exceptional cases only for genuine reasons with appropriate comments of the respective Dean/Principal/ Director of the colleges. The University will accept no dissertations after the last date (11:59 pm).
